Solar Panel System Installation
I have been very pleased with the installation and after service of my solar panel system. Team were always available via phone or email for queries during design stage and post installation.
Some very minor tidy up issues on day of installation, but overall done professionally. Post installation checks and monitoring all very good, as well as guidance on system operation. Referral bonus £500 also works if you recommend a neighbour or friend to use Contact Solar as I did!

From start to finish it's been amazing.
From start to finish I have received exceptional service from Contact Solar. The initial queries were never pushy, just informative. The installation went perfectly and the lads were friendly, efficient and tidied up perfectly at the end of the day. After sales have been helpful and attentive. I really can't fault the whole process.

Contact Solar have been very helpful throughout: from answering my numerous questions to explaining technical issues. They have kept in touch & managed expectations such as timeframes.
Since installation I have had no need to contact them but they do provide after sales support if required.

Excellent Service after Solar Installation
Contact Solar carried out all the planning and installation of our solar panels and batteries. They were very professional in planning, gave us a competitive quote and all the installation was carried out very professionally. Whenever we needed to contact them there was always someone to talk to and resolve the issue. They also took over the transfer of our account to special EDF Empower tariff which I would have found daunting. There is a lot to learn and Contact Solar have made the process much easier.
Whenever there is a question that I cannot find answer to Contact Solar are there to help me.

Whole experience generally very good
Whole experience generally very good, from proposal, installation and app familiarisation. All team was professional and helpful. Only "could be better" minor point was commissioning which needed a couple of tweaks on set up but the support sorted this very quickly. Just waiting for new tariff to make use of overnight battery charging low rate but already can see a good return from the solar generation.

After installation 9 months ago a customer care appointment was setup. The engineer offered good advice on keeping my system in good working order. Advice on the battery setup and solar via the application checked and amended to give a good return on investment. Very professional after care service.

Contact Solar handled our initial enquiry right through to installation in a professional manner and kept us in the loop at all times with all the necessary checks / surveys. The installers did a great job always asking us how we would prefer routing of cables to make the install look neater without any fuss, I would recommend Contact Solar to friends and family.

Solar panels, inverter & batteries
We have just had 13 solar panels fitted with a 7.6kw inverter and 2 x 10.6 kw batteries, communication throughout the process has been excellent and the fitters Alex, Ben & Alf were very professional and did an exceptional job fitting our kit on the hottest day of the year and cleared up after themselves taking all rubbish away with them, excellent “5 STAR” service
