From initial tentative contact with Adam to the visit of Alan, then the fitters Steve and Danny, the plasterers Vic and Mike then finally Mark the spark the whole process was as smooth as. This is the only proffessional company i've dealt with in N wales. Every member of the team communicates the next days schedule. A pleasure to deal with and a few laughs along the way.

This is the second time that we have used Conwy Valley windows and we have been delighted with their work on both occasions. Last year we had a warm roof fitted on our conservatory. Alan, the engineer, boasted that we would find it so much warmer that we would rarely close the conservatory to dining room doors. He was right! We had 15 people for our Christmas lunch and were able to comfortably spill over into the conservatory, without worrying that it would be draughty. It really has given us an extra room. The most recent job was smaller, just two replacement windows in the kitchen. However the difference is huge. We can really appreciate the views and it has made the kitchen seem bigger. On both occasions the work was carried out efficiently and unobtrusively, and everything was left clean and tidy. Everyone turned up on time and the standard of finish is excellent. I recommend this firm very highly.

This company has previously installed bi-fold doors on one occasion and new windows on another occasion. Today they replaced a window I accidentally broke. The standard of workmanship has been excellent. No matter what the size of the job, they're consistently helpful and professional. It's been a pleasure to deal with them.

I've just had Conwy Valley Windows & Conservatories replace my aging wooden sash windows with Roseview Ultimate uPVC sash windows. They were very flexible on when they installed, were patient in listening to my concerns and did a very professional installation.

Today I had a small hall window replaced by Andy and Tony, 2 very professional and tidy fitters. They treated me with the same respect and courtesy as a customer who has purchased a large Conservatory. They were tidy, friendly and business like.
The same courtesy was present in Adam when he came on his initial visit to give a quotation, and to anyone else I have spoken to by telephone.

I recently had new windows put in by conwy valley windows, I found the fitters very efficient, helpful knowledgeable, courteous and highly professional. I highly recommend them. they did a clean job and took all rubbish away with them.

Earlier this year Conwy Valley replaced our large ploycarb conservatory roof with a fully insulated roof with tiles and internal plastered ceiling. They did an excellent job from start to finish . The salesman Adam was very knowledgeable and professional, explained every detail without being pushy. Always kept us informed, communication was excellent. The work started on time. The fitters were brilliant, workmanship was faultless, attention to detail, cleanliness and the guys maintained personal courtesy throughout the job. It was certainly value for money, the roof has made such a huge difference in all aspects - looks amazing, much warmer on cold days, the velux windows allow a cool breeze on the hot days and the inset lighting gives it a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. It has certainly changed how we use that room.
We were so impressed that we have just had Conwy Valley replace all the house windows. Again, a fantastic job. Excellent product. Made a huge difference.

Had solid tiled roof on conservatory, absolutely brilliant and the firm were first class from planning ordering and fitting. All the team that fitted it were first class, hardworking helpful and even when finished fitting, they came back and cleaned up. An excellent firm who we will certainly use again for any glazing work. Thank you all
