The product range was very good, well priced, and the staff were very patient, friendly, and helpful.

Just had a £12 classic fish pie it was awful there was 4 small pieces of fish and 5 prawns.totally underwhelming will not be buying again

Average taste, average prtion size and not enough meat and the sides are megre, photo shows a litany of wings and we where given 4, duck was a minimal but and 3 piddly bits of salmon. For the price you pay its not worth it.

Great takeaway night meals! Nicer than from a traditional takeaway

Always love cook food - but portions need to go back to proper size - currently more sauce than meat - but always great flavours and quality

For one month I have had Cook food every night. In Guernsey.
The menu is vast.
The good quality, range and tastes are great.
Cannot be faulted.
Highly recommended

We love our Cook deliveries which normally go extremely well. Today, however, the desserts were a little crushed.

There is nothing I need. I did not raise this because I want anything in return but that I intensely dislike being gas lit and told I am a liar.

Travelled from Waltham Forest as I had spent 24 hours searching for a vegan chocolate torte. I was pointed to Cook shop in Clapham.

On entering the store I spoke to the lady to Dave myself searching through the display cabinets and asked for the vegan chocolate torte.

The lady gave me two options and I said the torte. Bought it. Left the store and sat in the coffee shop opposite where my wife said is it vegan. I said yes because that is what I asked for.

But on checking is contains whole pasteurised egg.

The lady serving flatly denied I ever asked for a vegan chocolate torte. I know what I asked for and hate being gas lit.

I have been asked by my elderly parents to write a review after they visited your st neots store on tuesday evening just gone. They were served by angela and from the minute they walked in she had come up to them and asked if they needed help. Angela went round the store and picked out all the bits they needed , my mum cant stand for too long so this was a big help. She then offered my mum a chair to sit on as mum was struggling a bit and then offered to help them to the car with their shopping. My dad was ok to carry it but this was a very kind gesture.
I also visited your store today, thursday evening, and was served by a very nice young man and was offered a taster, which was very tasty. We will all certainly be visiting your store in st neots again

We had lamb tagine this evening. It was lovely. The meat was super tender and enough of it. The spicing was just right for us. Lovely layers of spice and heat but not too hot.

Wow , Steak and kidney pie for one looks fabulous, until you taste it .
Was looking forward to a “ rich ale sauce with steak and kidney “ . A few pieces of meat with some small pieces of what I assume was kidney, a few soggy carrots in a watery liquid and a pastry that could break your teeth .
I looked at Ingredients and was absolutely baffled. Keep it simple, basic and tasty. Will revert to cooking my own . Very disappointing!

Cook food is very good and as I can no longer drive, it is very good to have delicious food delivered to me. M.D.

Steak and red wine pie for 2 has rock hard pastry over a mixture of carrots and a few pieces of over cooked meat. Expensive at £11.75p. Not worth it.

The staff are always friendly and the variety and quality of food available is phenomenal.

My husband and I treated ourselves to a celebratory meal based on your Butternut Squash, Leek & Beetroot Wellington last night.
We loved the colourful layers of well chosen vegetables, the perfect pastry and the great flavouring.
It was superb so I’m happy to see it’s not just for Christmas.

We have been customers for years now and love the food! Our favourites are the lasagne and cottage pie. My 3 year old is obsessed with the children's spaghetti and meatballs, she gets so excited for it and often has 2 portions (great to know she's getting 2 of her 5-a-day in there!).

I have only gone and broken my leg! How to manage the weeks meals on crutches (my husband and I take turns to shop and cook each week and it's my week) without making my husband's week a nightmare? And then I thought of Cook! I bought 5 family meals for the price of 4. They are all top faves and now all he needs to do is put the oven on and maybe make a salad. He wouldn't have minded cooking, but hey, we work better as a team. I know it will be delicious. I know there will be plenty. And with the recent price rises in everything, it didn't come to much more than my shopping would have. Brilliant. Thank you. And YIPPEEE!!!

Delicious quiche which I bought for an Easter buffet. Easily defrosted and cooked. Would definitely buy again
