Most scammed website, you can put how much money u have and you will never win. Have played on a lot of websites. And this one stands out, i never win anything here. Neon vegas, stake and even norskcasino is better. Dont bet here just takes your money.

just startet playing and deposit 200 euros. won a few times and when i tried to withdraw my winnings. nothing contacted support. And they told me i had no winnings. and could not withdraw any money. so please stay away from this site

Took the sports bonus, placed some bets on cross country skiing, not broken any terms. After 2 days my maximum limit got lowered to 1-3 NOK for some markets, and 0 NOK in other markets. Impossible for me to wager, taking very long time with total 12 000 NOK to wager. No help from cool bet to help me, so either using 10 hours on wagering 1 NOK at a time, or forfeit and lose all my money on account. Avoid this bookmaker, trust me.

I had a 20 euro bet on a game with odds of 101, when i saw my team was winning i cashed out and confirmed at about 750 euros and was very happy. I finished watching the game and luckily i cashed out at the right time as 10 min later my team was losing again. I then was going to withdraw my winnings but then i saw the money never cashed out. I contacted customer service and there answer was ,, there was never a cashout” and also ,, you should have just talked to us before the match ended not after”

I was playing there , spent much money got small withdraws. And then spent even more money , and got at last 590eur to withdraw. But then happened problems, verification, endless verification. I verified all things, sent passport pictures, but they rejected the passport and answered nothing, I sent many times different things, I'd card driving license and all rejected, made sure that I did all right. Then they didn't even deal with the problem anymore, trying to verify account for 4 days. Dead end. They freeze payout and account and do nothing. Customer service just say you have to wait. The best thing so far is that their live chat actually speaks good english. All 3 times that I used it, the agent used perfect english with good grammar which gave me way better peace of mind compared to some other sites.
