Scam! Horrible customer service, wont pay back money, secret clausules for trying to withdraw money

This is a scam casino,avoid is rigged.
Also they do not make withdrawals.
Stay away before you get scammed.

just yesterday withdrew 800$ and i got it on my bank account in less than 24 hours

and most sites let u doe wagering your bonus 10x deposit + bonus but coolbet let you wager 6x only bonus money

Coolbet norwegian site..made a deposit of 2000 nok got 0 to play for..After 3 weeks front and back with c.s i gave up..Most S@&»,!? site ever..and i played on all of them

(Estonia) won decent amount of money from slot named shimmering woods, withdrawed ca 11x my deposit, played with rest of my money on same slot (ca 300 eur) and guess what? About 900 spins made, not a single bonus hit, not even attempt to get bonus, either way didn't hit any good regular hits either, so wasted time and money. I would stay away from this website as its pretty clear after decent profit ur acc will be rigged, not trying this terrible site again.

Terrible website.. i guess i excluded from sports meanwhile i hit virtual sports not sportsbetting, so i log in the website a few months later to bet some superbowl and make a deposit (no sign of an exclusion on) and it lets me deposit my money, after i try to make a bet it says im excluded, now i can't even take my money off that i put on, most website if you're excluded it won't let you deposit at all, not sure why this website did, live chat help vanessa was useless.. pretty sure im down my deposit since they said there's a "turnover" and i can't even withdraw, meanwhile i got no bonuses or anything.

apparently on all deposits there a full wager limit at least once? meanwhile i can't even bet on sports the only thing i use the website for,

Bad site, In a football game if a team scores they should lock the odds and wait for goal decision to come before opening the odds again. Sevilla scored and it was 1-1 and then the goal got overruled by VAR so the odds went from 1.6 to 4.6 in 5 seconds, and no refunds or anything. Fu*k this site and Im going to Betsafe

This review is of the Norwegian side of Coolbet. Allthough I assume things to be the same in their other main markets (Sweden, Finland, Estonia, etc.) I cannot know for sure. Anyhow, here is my experience with the betting site:

They have a fairly good welcome bonus of 100% matched deposit up to NOK 2000,- The turnover requirement is 6x the bonus amount only ( NOK 12000,-). So after depositing NOK 2000,- I had NOK 4000,- for betting. Minimum odds to count against the rollover requirement was a very manageable 1,50.
The odds are quite good also.

Account verification was smooth and my documents were approved just a few hours after uploading. I also appreciated the mail I received notifying me of the approval (some betting sites don't give notice of either approved or refused documents).

I had a wery lucky weekend with a few underdogs coming in with away wins (taking on more risk than usual due to the NOK 2000,- bonus), and were able to rack up over NOK 15000,- At one point I thought I were being limited. After a bit of swearing i decided to actually read the notification popping up on my bet slip...all I had to do was was go to my account settings and remove what i imagine was a default limit. After that everything was hunky dory.

The litmus test came when I made my first withdraw. This totaled NOK 14K, and I was a little nervous this being a fairly new bookie. My worries were indeed misplaced and the money reached my bank account (for wich the Visa card I used to make my deposit is connected) the same day. Yup - the same day. Thats pretty impressive.
