Arrived quickly, packed well, very pleased

Easy to use website. I bought the spiderman duvet set for my grandson. It arrived sooner than expected. The quality is really good and the picture very clear. I was so impressed that, after being let down by another company, I went back to Cool Clobber and ordered a duvet set for my granddaughter. Both children loved their sets and couldn't wait to use them.

Took them a while but they eventually responded to my email about where my delivery was (I had paid extra to have it delivered in time for my children's birthday) and when they did they sent a refund of the delivery costs plus a discount code for my next shop

I ordered 3 pairs of baby slippers, one was out of stock I was advised immediately and offered an alternative. Original 2 pairs arrived yesterday on time and the alternative arrived today. I am delighted with my purchases and excellent service. I will definitely use this company again.

Made an order on the 8th and i have still not received my order and it is now the 12th despite paying for next day delivery. Never had this issue in my life before.

I was abit wary of ordering from here after reading some of the bad reviews but the whole process was brilliant. It came quick, very good price, a lot cheaper than else where. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.

If my package had arrived I would of definitely have given you a higher review
Maybe change from hermes courier,
I'd prefer to pay more shipping and actual receive my package
Also don't send out email asking for trust pilot review before checking said order is delivered
Before you ask its been with hermes since December 1st
