Happy with the software

Happy with the software, but thought I was buying a 1 year license, not a subscription. Was able to easily cancel the subscription with a single email. Marketing - not so great / customer support - outstanding.

Fast support

Easy to Use, But with Room for Improvement

I recently used Coolmuster Mobile Transfer to transfer files from my old Android phone to my new one. Overall, the software worked well and was easy to navigate. The transfer process was straightforward, and most of my files moved without any issues.

However, there were a few hiccups. The document transfer didn’t work as smoothly as I expected, and I had to restart the process a couple of times. That said, their customer support team was very helpful and guided me through resolving the issue.

I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend Coolmuster to others, but there’s definitely room for improvement to make it a flawless experience.

I tried to download the android…

I tried to download the android assistant and got as far as putting in my credit card number for the free trial, but then that screen disappeared and I couldn't find it. I want to cancel the free trial, but have no way of doing that.

My iPod touch 4 gen did not restore!

I backed up my iPod touch 4 gen with Coolmuster, only to have it restore it with 31.9 gb of no data! No music, photo or video. Lost it all. I bought the program reading it was easy and dependable. Received sorry from support. It was a waste of my money, save yours!

I have yet to find an encrypted PDF that this program will actually unlock. Encrypted by me, with MS Word into PDF. Opens with my supplied password. Does not open with this program.

Wonderful Practical App

I started using the Coolmuster PDF Password Remover for Mac a few weeks ago and I find it very impressive. It is very easy to use and makes removing the password from a password protected PDF document a quick and painless process. One needs to have the password to open the relevant PDF document, and once that is done, then the process is a “walk in the park”.

Buyer Beware.... useless product

I was led to believe that I could transfer files from PC to an Apple tablet with this product, but NOOOOOO, it will only go from the Apple to PC. That's pretty useless. AND the refund policy is that all sales are final.
