Lousy Software

Nameless Customer Service Drone, who handled my ticket, you were good.

The rest of my experience with this company was sub-mid for a sub-par product.

I canceled this software back in 2022. Imagine my delight when the annual fee hit my bank account this year. The company's website is vague and undoubtedly designed to make the less computer-literate walk away.

Like streaming services, companies of this nature make most of their money from people who forgot they were subscribed and don't notice when an auto-pay withdrawal gets lumped in with all the others.

In the end, I was able to pull the plug on this mess and have been told I'll be getting a refund. We'll see how that works out.

disapoointing

Took ages to set up , then you get told of price. Disappointed with what little got transferred over to new phone. Would have been quicker to do it manually. Immediately cancelled subscription and now adjusting to a wasted £26!

Terrible user interface and too pricey

Terrible user interface and too pricey. You get tricked into installing everything than you have yo pay to use it. I highly encourage against using this software.
