You handled the matter with common sense and every day genuine language and in a simple format which allowed myself to proceed with the the information you provided and once I loaded that into your product, everything is working perfectly.
Some folk over complicate matters with getting away from everyday common sense advice etc.

I purchased a program that I use for transferring folders and SMS from my MB phone to my laptop. Unfortunately, I got some problems with the installation on my new laptop. After contacting Coolmuster I received very quick, friendly and helpful service information on how to fix the problem. Excellent services.

She did her best to help until the problem was resolved.

I needed to cancel my subscription because I didn't require the software anymore. I couldn't log into the site no matter how I tried, but Annie took care of everything for me. Great service, prompt and efficient. Thank you so much!

I purchased the CoolMuster Android Assistant primarily to back up my text messages. Upon purchase, I found it easy to use, intuitive, and comprehensive...except that it only exported the received side of conversations. I definitely needed the Sent side as well, so contacted Customer Service. Sean was very helpful, advising that the Coolmuster tool was not fully functional with Android's Advanced Messaging feature. He recommended a workaround, but that would not help with historical conversations. Since the primary reason for purchase was not possible, I requested a refund and Sean provided it immediately and without fuss. He was informative, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I will keep my eye on the Coolmuster Android Assistant product, and when upgrades are made that address the Advanced Messaging limitations, I will certainly be inclined to revisit it.

I requested help when my registration did not work and was given a solution which worked straight away. Great service.

Total scam. Didn't do what it said it would do. Extract contacts from broken phone. Said I had the rights to cancel within 14 days then refused to let me cancel. I'm gutted

I tried to contact the company in February 2022 about a problem that I can't solve. It is already the end of April and they still have not gotten back to me. I also wanted to discontinue the subscription minutes after I downloaded and installed it but nobody has gotten back to me as well.

"I Like The App... However The Cell Phone In Which I Had Used It For Is An Absolute Dinosaur With Limited Data Capacity. This Reason Only I Don't Use It Anymore. Have A Great Day!"

Did not support recent Android releases (last 2 years)

I needed the coolmuster product last so I bought it. I didn't realize it was set up as a recurring yearly charge. When I learned that I inadvertently renewed the product, I contacted coolmuster to ask if they could cancel my order. Annie took charge and emailed me that she had canceled the order. It is so nice to be able to communicate with a knowledgeable customer service representative theses days! Thank you, Annie.

The programs were very intuitive and quite easy to install. I contacted support for a question and Sean was quite helpful and very responsive!

I could not figure out how to copy my texts on my prepaid Samsung phone. This program made it easy, and they promptly answered all my questions.

AWESOME Customer Service! Replies tight away! That is something you don't see that very often any more. 5 Stars!

I really enjoy this software it has been a big help in recovering messages and photos that I thought I had lost. It also helped me find calls that I thought were no longer on my phone. It was a help in a court case as I needed some of these things in order to prove my case. Thank you for the help

The product was a great idea but unfortunately it did not work for me.

Worked with support and they were not able to help me but a full refund was issued so that tells a lot about the company.
