I accidently clicked on the wrong product to be purchased. I clicked on the Android software for a Mac computer and I really wanted to purchase the Apple IOS software for a Windows computer. I was confused at first. I then clicked on the correct item for purchase and purchased that one. I asked for a refund for the incorrect purchase. The refund was given, thanks.

Coolmuster iOSAssistant for Windows app
I purchased the iOSAssistant for Windows app but was unable to import my bookmarks from Microsoft Edge to an iPad Mini running iOS 9.3.5
Annie responded to my enquiry and provided a clear explanation that the app was not designed to undertake the function of converting html files to xml and then importing them to an iPad.
As I purchased the app for this sole purpose, Annie agreed to start the refund process. Within a couple of days the refund appeared in my credit card account.
The whole experience was quite painless and Annie was very helpful.

Poor cutomer service and follow up.
I purchased this product because I needed to print a thread of text messages for an upcoming court date. The app worked flawlessly, except it did not recognize the entire thread of messages. I contacted support and requested a solution. I've received a response acknowledging my situation and that they were working on it. Since then nothing, nada, etc.
Poor follow-up on their part and leaving me with either manually transcribing the thread or cutting and pasting. So, I'm out $30.00 plus several hours of frustration for nothing. I do not recommend this product.

Quick refund as not compatible
ONe of the programs wouldn't work with my phone, didn't know had to be able to, "root" phone. They were very responsive and refunded my money quickly.
