Have not been able to get a solution…

Have not been able to get a solution from customer service. I wait and wait for a reply for them to reply with a broken link for me to exchange my shoes. I bought shoes that are a 40 (I’m always a 40) and need to exchange for a 41. The exchange link doesn’t seem to work keeps saying I’m illegible for a return because I bought over Black Friday. But I’m not trying to return.. I’m trying to exchange. I’m getting nowhere and I’m beyond frustrated. Was going to buy my sister a pair for her birthday but deciding against considering the poor customer service I’m getting.

No delivery & No response

Ordered goods in 10th dec when plenty of time for Christmas delivery. Got email on 17th Dec advising there still time for Christmas delivery. They only dispatched them on 22nd Dec. Still haven’t received the goods and there’s been no update to the tracking since 24th Dec. No response to any email I’ve sent. Worst customer service experience

BEWARE!!!!! Customer Service does not get back to you!!!!

The customer service for Coolway has been a total nightmare!!! I have 2 pairs of shoes that I need to return and they never get back to me regarding my question about receiving a "return label". I enter my order number and email and it brings me to a neutral screen. They have no customer service phone number, so, I have no idea what to do next. I have reached out NUMEROUS times, and no response!!!

Coolway, more like: Scam-way

The shoes did not look like the pictures on their website. They played with the saturation/brightness of the colors. I hated the color in real life so I tried to send them back. Coolway just sent the shoes back to me claiming that I had allready worn them (which I didn't because they're so ugly). I never got my money back, even after sending them several emails. They simply stopped responding...

Do not buy from this company!

I ordered from them on Nov. 25 and my package hasn't arrived 3 weeks later. I think it is lost. If you like their shoes, just buy them from Anthro or something. Total garbage company

I payed $10 for shipping that was…

I payed $10 for shipping that was eatimated 3-7 days. My tracking says it’s going to be 12 days now that they’ve sent the shoes. I’ve emailed them twice asking for some kind of remedy, and they will not answer.
I can tell if I needed to return the shoes(which I might) than it’s going to be a tough process

They sent the completely wrong color…

They sent the completely wrong color and now I'm having trouble reaching anyone to say, hey, you sent the wrong thing and need to fix this. I need the right shoe in a smaller size. They say you can exchange ONCE but that shouldn't apply if they sent the wrong shoe.

Don’t waste your time!

Don’t waste your time!! It translated a UK 5 to a EUR 37 on their site, and I even measured my foot to make sure it matched their sizing. The measurements suggested I’d be a size down even from 37 so I stuck with 37 to make sure they would fit. THEY ARE TINY? They must be making the measurements up. It’s also €12 to send a return, and they only offer gift cards during busy periods. It’s a shame because the shoes are cute.

Returned my trainers over a month ago, because they were faulty and still haven’t received my refund but lots of emails saying that they are processing the refund.Still waiting….I lost the trust in this company and will never order with them again!

BE AWARE!!!

BE AWARE!!!! SCAM!!!!! I should read reviews before purchasing. I bought 3 pairs of shoes. I received only two pairs, the other one was sold out, which I found out in Shop app. So, the size didn’t fit.I return it on the next day after receiving it. USPS tracking number shows that they received it on 10/04/25. I have sent about 10 emails , their response that my case under review. I haven’t received any refund even for the pair of sold out shoes. I dispute my money with my bank, explain them all situation, still waiting. $350 are gone. This company is a big SCAM!!!! I purchased it on 09/21/25!!! 2 months later - no money!!!!

I had previously purchased a pair of…

I had previously purchased a pair of sneakers from Coolway in a size 8 and they were perfectly fine so I decided to purchase another pair about a year later. I received the sneakers and they were too small so I went on the website to do an exchange and it said in their policy free exchange I I’ve never had the runaround so much in all my life I must’ve sent at least 20 emails got on the AI constantly talking to the bot. They have no customer service whatsoever please please do not even purchase from a company that does not care about their consumer. They are terrible regardless of how nice the shoes are that doesn’t matter the way you are treated is worth more in my eyes. I eventually got my refund -$11 which I didn’t think was fair considering I wanted to do an exchange I did not a return again. The way I was treated was terrible as a consumer spending high dollars on sneakers the treatment of the consumer is unacceptable.

The shoes were not the ones I ordered and the size was different too.
And because of your mistake, if I wanted to do the refund, I had to pay to send the shoes back to you.

Refund Cost 12€ is not acceptable

I purchased the pair of sneakers using the 10% welcome discount. When they arrived, I realized I needed a smaller size, so I returned them and ordered the exact same model in the next size down without discount.
I was disappointed to see that I was charged for the return (12€). I don’t think it’s fair to charge a return fee in this situation, especially when I immediately bought the same product again in a different size.
I really like your products and overall shopping experience, but this policy makes me reconsider making future purchases.

Refunds are not happening here

I ordered shoes on 8/8/25. I returned the shoes less than a month later because the toe box was too small.
I emailed them on 9/7 asking if they received the shoes. They said yes
On 9/9 they said I was approved for a refund . It is now 10/24 and no refund.
One guy tried to tell me I got the refund already. Chase says differently.
Do not order from these people. Refunds are never going to happen. You can do everything right and be nice and patient and you will not get your money back. I was going to order another pair of shoes - different toe type. Thank god I did not. Never

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. YALL PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. i literally returned my unworn shoes and they never got back to me regarding the return, until even now. This is insane, i’ve never had this experience before. i should’ve read the reviews before buying, biggest regret. I had to even DM’ed them on IG and they never replied. what a scam. Yall DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERIVCE IS A F TRASH AND THEY TOOK YOUR MONEY, SUCH A SCAM.
