Did not read any reviews before buying my Coolway goal indigo blue sneakers and as my wife already owned a pair, I was kinda yealous.
After a couple of months the heel off my right shoe started to peel…
So I contacted the customer service, a little bit scared because of the many bad reviews I red on trusted. But dear customers off the trendy colourfull sneakers I think they allready leveled up and learned that a happy customer is a Good customer and also brings along a lot of mouth to mouth advertising!
The people of aftersales replaced my pair in a very short period without any extra costs.
So I would definitely buy Coolway sneakers again in the near future.

The shoes are really cool but do not look like they’re designed for durability.
I returned a woman’s size 39 as was much too small (I’m normally dead on a woman’s size 39 so this was odd to me).
EDIT after issues with refund:
eventually heard back from them and they were having issues with Evri, have since been refunded! Have updated my review to reflect this - thank you for your help!

This is the absolute worst janky website I have ever bought anything from. I've encountered some shady websites before, but this one is the worst. They don't have a contact number, and they don’t even read your emails. I tried to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. I sent them back, and two weeks later, they sent the same shoes back to me! The boxes were all smashed, and no refund was issued! Stay away from this website—it’s a scam! Don’t buy shoes from here ever! They don’t even have a place to leave a review on their site! They are deceivers! Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Adorable shoes! Terrible shipping time. It took almost 2 months to receive my shoes without any explanations. They just kept pushing my inquiries off.

I wish I read the reviews before I've ordered. I have been trying for days now to get into contact to return my order. Customer service is non existent!!! Even the support emails come back as undelivered. There is NO phone number, no address...NOTHING. Now I sit with a R 2200 pair of shoes I cannot wear. Do not believe what you read on their site about easy return and refund. You will never hear from them again.

Do not buy shoes on the CoolWay website. There is no phone number to call. Customer Service is non existent. I tried emailing service times and no response. I’m trying to return shoes I bought due to the sizing problem.

I did order despite the negative reviews and have to say that I’m delighted with my trainers. They are so incredibly comfy from the get go, very happy with the quality and how quickly they got to me. So far, a five star experience. Thank you!! I may even buy more!!

Bought a pair of GOAL green with pink laces, absolutely love the quality and design, european sneakers are always a surprise.

The quality is outstanding, you can really feel the difference in the materials and how well they’re made. On top of that, the design is just amazing — stylish, unique.

Order was delayed and refund service is appalling. They took over a month to refund and they do not refund full amount of purchase. Customer service terrible as they don’t respond to contact in reasonable time . Wish I read review here before I ordered!

I was slightly worried about ordering due to the negative reviews, but my experience has overall been positive. Trainers were received within a few days and they fit well (I’m normally a UK 4 though a 5 in Nike) and I ordered a 37. I have dropped one star because the finish of the shoes isn’t perfect: one appears narrow on top of the toes because of the way the material is cut. They are comfy though and I love the colours.

I ordered a pair of Goats and a few days later the whole site went on sale I asked for a price adjustment and they said they couldn't do it. Who does that? That is a pretty basic service action that most retailers do in this situation. I would've bought several more pairs of shoes in the future, but now they have lost a customer for good for basically $25. They tole me I could return and repurchase but they charge $11 for returns? Why? Why are they charging for returns? Not a trustworthy or legit company. I'm sorry I had to spend money with them to find this out. I see they have a LOT of bad reviews. I wish I had read them before i purchaed.

Terrible shoes. Far too small. Badly made. Narrow (pic makes them look wide fitting). 25 Euro to return. Avoid avoid avoid.

These shoes are awesome. The fit is perfect and the colors are exactly as advertised. They are extremely well-made and comfortable for all-day wear! Ordering was straightforward and shipping was fast! Really happy with my order…only thing a little annoying is that I am constantly asked where I got them from 😉.

They sent me the wrong size. I notified them and they shipped a new order and it got lost. So they sent me a new order and they sent me the wrong size. It’s been multiple days and they are not responding to emails. This has been going on for three months..

Then sent me the wrong size versus what I ordered. Then made it very difficult to get the right size pair of shoes. Their customer service is non existent and they are not trustworthy to do the right thing when they are in the wrong.

Shoes were sold as a size 40Eu being a 7.5UK which was weird but I went with it. They arrived and were labelled a 6UK, far too small. Good luck being able to return them and if you can ever sort out a return look forward to the privilege of paying £25 to sent them back. Won't be using them again and still got a pair of shoes that are too small

The look of the sneaker goal I bought was quite worn out, but I guess that’s the style even though the shoe looked a lot more proper in the pictures compared to reality.

The main problem is the quality. After a couple of months light use the skin starts pealing off and the sole is terrible. It wore of so quickly that my feet starting hurting because there was no more protection.

I bought their trainers for my holiday, they arrived , and whilst they are lovely. They are NOT new, they were scuffed / dirty second hand . In breach of contract because I bought them in good faith for my holiday. Am angry and disappointed. I have sent photos and emailed their customer services. What a shoddy company.

I ordered two pairs, one on accident. They refused to help me process a refund or give me information on my purchase, claiming I typed the wrong email address. They won't look it up by my address or card number, transaction date, or amount. Shoes are great but I would not purchase directly from them and find a retailer with better customer service. Getting any help seems nearly impossible with their chat/email feature.

The shoes are nice. I ordered a pair but they were a little small. Did online exchange for larger size but they sent a completely different style. Attempted to process refund but online site "rever" would not process it since it was an exchange. Returned both pairs in same box and notified them that single tracking number had both pairs. Have been attempting to resolve through customer service email and its the biggest hassle. 17 back and forth replies and they still do not understand whats happening. May be fine if all goes well but beware if there is an issue it be a nightmare to resolve. Just a heads up.
