DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers and only 2 pair were in my order. I wrote the company and they said they would get back to me. I have subsequently emailed them 3 times and CRICKETS from them.
Only a reputable company would respond in a timely matter and rectify the situation immediately. Coolway is bad news. It's too bad too because the shoes are nice. But I will not be buying anything else from them. BE WARNED.
ordered shoes, arrived a week later. they were okay, very floppy and unstructured. they were giving ugly so i requested to return and only their AI assitant emailed me back. have emailed them again and have yet to hear a response. this is dumb. do not buy from them.
At first I thought I would be writing a 1 star review like everyone else but my experience with Coolway was actually great! I ordered my shoes to the UK on 2nd Jan and after 3 weeks they still hadn’t arrived. The GLS tracking link had stopped working and after looking at the reviews on here I was worried I had been scammed. I reached out to the company via Instagram and they promptly sent another pair out with their new courier which is UPS. Within 5 days the shoes arrived with me and I love them - they’re great quality and look just like the photos! So it seems the issue was with the courier GLS and not Coolway, although I still have to -1 star for it taking over a month to get my order 😅 Hopefully the issue is now resolved since they changed courier and I would definitely urge others to give them a chance!
Terrible customer service. They won’t respond you. When you return shoes, they don’t return your money.
I wanted to return two pairs of sneakers, but it wasn’t possible through the website (I even showed them a screenshot as proof). I contacted customer service to request a return, but they took ages to reply and were always a bit rude. They insisted that I had to process the return through the website, and when my order reached 30 days after purchase, they told me I could no longer return it—even though I sent my first email just a week after receiving the order. On top of that, it took almost a month for the entire order to arrive. Feels like a scam.
Ordered on coolwayireland on the 11/12 and yet to receive any update. they immediately charged and sent and shipping link to chase for delivery. while first it appeared the package was sorted at the local depot, then the link cannot find any info now.

Terrible customer experience - shoes completely wrong sized for a Christmas gift for my daughter and I was told I cannot exchange for another size nor can I return. Responses from customer service don’t even make sense and there is no phone number to call. Do not purchase from this company !
Unlike other customers, I did receive the shoes I ordered. They looked considerably worse than they did online. I bought the light pink suede ones. Cheaply made and wide and floppy (lacking structure). And after wearing them only two times, the shoes were completely discolored on the toes. Not consistent with normal use or dirt. I only wore them inside to the office. So I reached out to the company twice to question why the toes were becoming so discolored and I have never received a response. I am throwing them away.
If there could be a rating BELOW one star I would give it a minus 5 star rating. They have the worse customer service (as in non-existing). I ordered 2 pairs of trainers from Coolway on 4th Dec and have as of 31st Dec NEVER received them. NOT impressed. I have tried to contact Coolway via email, Instagram DM and chat box on their website and have received NOOOOOOOOOOOO response. Coolway? NO way thanks! Would love to get a refund except I can’t get anyone to respond but I'm beginning to fear I've been scammed out of £159.
Giving them 1 star is even too much. Terrible customer service. My shoes arrived with a lot of damage and they will not take them back as they say they “cannot accept damaged shoes”. Their return policy clearly states that the shoes must be returned in the same condition that they arrived. Well, I returned them just as I received them. They said no refund, sent the damaged shoes back to me, and will not respond to my emails. I will continue to post negative reviews everywhere I can until this is addressed.
Will not give a visa refund, only a store credit which is not what their website states. I would not order again from Coolway. Not sure what to do with the credit. Rip off.
Gutted I didn't check the reviews here before ordering... I ordered a pair on 1st December and haven't heard a thing regarding their whereabouts. I've tried contacting customer services who have been appalling in their replies and tried to claim that the address I provided is "incorrect" (I've checked it, and confirmed, it's correct). Shocking that a company can get away with this and to see it promoted by influencers too? Order #54192.
I ordered a pair of shoes from their website on 11/20. Their tracking shows delivered but I have not received any package AND started a claim with USPS. It is 12/18 and we still do not have a resolution but they already charged my credit card and have been holding on to my $$$ for about a month now. Terrible customer service too.

Do not order from this company!!! It’s a scam. I placed my order on 11/28 (order #17633) and received a “confirmation” email and my credit card was charged immediately, however, haven’t received an update since. I’ve reach out several times via email as well as different social media platforms and am ignored every time. Please be aware that this company is fraudulent!

I ordered a month ago and still haven't received anything. I sent an email, but I haven't gotten a response. Then I tried via Instagram and only got a response after a week. The shoes are supposedly on their way, but I haven't received anything and I see on the website that they still haven't been shipped. In response they say they can't do anything about it. I want to cancel my order and get my money back, but that's not possible. They are kind enough to send me a review request about shoes that I never received!
Coolway is not responding to my email after ordering 2 pairs of shoes for Christmas. It has said “order placed” since I ordered it on thanksgiving. 2 emails, no response and no phone number available to contact anyone. Be cautious when shopping here.
There is only a gift voucher for a return, and the email address doesn't work to complain! Totally unacceptable to offer a gift card only.
