I wish I could give less than one star

I wish I could give less than one star, you never get hired.I wonder who they give all the jobs to.You get a notification about an urgent request but nothing.😡😡Don’t wast your time to sign up. Indeed is way better. Rubbish app !

I was assigned a shift but didn't receive an email with a pass to enter; when I arrived to see if I could acquire it on site, I discovered that I wasn't on the list; three other people had the same problem. When we told them we were outside, they "made note of it" and never dispatched anyone to collect us for the next three hours. The worker handing out passes repeatedly attempted to reach the shift supervisor, but they did not pick up.

When I finally got a response from support after approximately 2 hours of trying to reach them using this app, it took about an hour and a half. All they stated was that they were overbooked ( 2 of us were in the queue and I got disconnected after about an hour).

I finally got a response a week later after emailing support during the shift, asking for proof that I had arrived: they gave me a strike for not showing up. There were no apologies, no explanations, so if you're thinking about working for this agency, know that they don't care about you and that any mistakes they make are essentially your own.

Horrible company

Horrible company! I wouldn't give even one star! Do not bother to register! Customer service doesn't exist, they don't bother to pick up the phone and they don't bother to reply to your email.

I even didn't start working and I am p.... off. I don't even know if this company is real... You have to upload all your documents and when you want to delete your account, you cannot. You have to contact them to delete it, but no one is answering! This is the worst company I ever encounter...if it's real... Stay away!

Had Coople for 2 months, it's useless

Had Coople for 2 months, it's been useless and a waste of time. I've applied to "Urgent" job requests for which I was adequately qualified pretty much daily, without any success or feedback. When I got a call, it was for a role I wasn't qualified for. I asked the Coople guy why I didn't get any of the roles I applied for, he just rang off. For me Coople has been useless and not worth effort to compete the details.

AVOID

I just signed up and have a feeling this app/ site/ company is bogus. They were asking for very personal information that they just don't need at such an early stage. Be very careful.

This app is rubbish

I applied many times but i did not get any answer. Everyday came hundreds of job offer from coople (recommendation). I applied for job on 4th und 5th October, but they gave answer on 8th October haha lächerlich. This apps is rubbish. i deleted my profile. Let me know when it works ;)

I’ve been victim of police brutality…

I’ve been victim of police brutality this week in my own house after I called the police on him for domestic burglary..
I got arrested even if i totally cooperated with them, have been in the streets and slept in the hospitals 2 days ago without counting that im not allowed to go to my home until the 30s to change my clothes and take my laptop unless the custody officer and my monkey landlord show up at the address with me ..

Not to finally finish with a Coople job that instead of helping me make a living putting instead a nice running boot in my backyard..

Today I came to the job in time and found out the adress is incomplete, no phone details of the job in the app, and interphone weirdly connected to a phone that doesn’t answer and an email to reach in case of issues..

The last time I checked my email was by pure coincidence yesterday normally I don’t look at it all the week!

Worse Agency Ever

I was working at Coople my Mum was rushed to hospital after suffering Covid symptoms I texted the Manager of where I was meant to be working to say what happened and why I couldn’t make it last minute then I was accused by Valerie from Coople that I clocked it. How can I clock in when I wasn’t at the Job I tried to reason with them and she suspended my Account. I tried to appeal no one responded.

Stay away from Coople especially Valeria Dalessandro

avoid this agency

trying to apply on so many jobs but i'm not getting any answer!
every 2 minutes they send a message with requests to apply, when you apply nobody answer!
so, was a waste of time go for an interview!
they are offering a service that doesn't exist!

Waste of time - AVOID

I obviously don't recommend anyone to waste their time and money with a company that treats human beings as like simple numbers not people. Highly unprofessional and despotic. AVOID!
