Hi to all reading this review! I've needed to come on here and express my gratitude and loyalty towards COP IT, as they've always delivered me my orders fast, safely and most importantly, ensured everything is authentic and consistent with quality EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I've purchased from COP IT back from when they were only an Instagram page, not a website and every single time - I'm so grateful to have a business to support every few weeks with my money and I believe they deserve all the love they can get. Specifically, Leon and Ayden - they've gone to the highest of highs for me and my family when it comes to sneakers and trust me, we do not mess around with our collection! If only I could include a photo on here :(

Again, I honestly could not recommend them enough for anyone looking to purchase any sort of sneaker or clothing piece. I literally placed my 16th order with them earlier this week and it arrived the MORNING AFTER! Can you believe that? It's like Amazon, but with actual high-quality stuff. I'm honestly amazed and impressed every single time.

There's other websites that sell the same stuff as COP IT, but why would you purchase from them when their prices are higher and shipping times are higher? Other websites just don't have the stuff I want and I hate waiting for orders to come in through the mail, but I can't complain if it's just 1-2 days!

I have been looking around for a pair of kobe’s for a while, but i have been reluctant on pulling the trigger due to price. I had a mate that referred me to this site and fortunately enough it was actually bellow my budget. the order came sooner than expected so i got to ball just in time for comp. super happy with the price and delivery times.

Still been waiting on my package for over 3 to 4 weeks now I’m pretty sure and it still hasn’t been delivered yet

Maybe they are okay to buy basic items from….but buying rare or “unique” products are a real headache.

I ordered shoes on the 4/6, the description advised to allow at least 7 days for dispatch. I received an email on Tuesday apologising for delays, which was kind…but they STILL have not been shipped? I was also told by customer service last time I spoke to them, that they will be shipped by end of day - didn’t happen.

It has now been 10 days since I purchased them, today being a Friday and the weekend starting tomorrow, I’m sure it’ll be at least 12+ days before, if at all, I will be getting any updates about shipping or my item?? When speaking with customer service today, he reminded me that “as per product description”, dispatching takes longer… product description says 7 days, not 10+.

The most frustrating thing is, the shoes are they STILL available to purchase from the site…? How can you allow more and more delays and backlog when people are still waiting on their items to be “sourced” from nearly 2 weeks ago!! If the company cannot give an accurate dispatch time, this should be mentioned BEFORE customer purchases. Selling stock you need to find??? Or source?? Stock you don’t even have or have no clue how to even source?? Is never a trusting or reliable idea, basic business rules.

Hoping that this is not a scam. Getting very skeptical about it now though.

Paid for an item listed as in stock on website which clearly wasnt in stock, website says same day dispatch on express postage so paid for express and waited 10 days for any sort of dispatch confirmation, reached out multiple times in various ways just to get an update and was ignored

Would help if the product had actually shipped. When you pay for express over a week ago it would definitely help if it was sent within a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately can’t leave a 0 star as there is no product received.

Love the shoes but the delivery was very slow, sent two emails, no response, so poor communication also, first time using this company.
