Hands down the best.
My order ended up selling out and I had to wait for them to get stock in from the UK. We communicated back and fourth and they where happy to throw in a free pair of trackies.

I ordered a pair of shoes 7 days ago. Got a notification on Friday that there would be a dispatch delay.
Got an email late tonight stating my order has been cancelled because they did not have enough stock to fulfill the order and the payment has been voided. Funnily enough there is still stock available of the same product in the same size that can still be purchased online….
No refund recieved yet….

We thank you for your review. However, upon checking on your order - we did make the honest mistake of overselling your pair in the Sambas. This tends to happen in high traffic periods during our sales with our most popular items. We are really sorry about this.
You should of received your refund almost instantly as the payment was never captured on our end, meaning the funds would've bounced back into your account almost instantly.

Outstanding Customer Service
My order and money was taken, unfortunately they didn’t end up having the hoodie I wanted. 😞
But their customer service was outstanding. They offered me my choice of store credit or offered me to choose out of a handful of choices which some where in fact more expensive.
Postage was super fast. Truly awesome service. Thank you

No other store does it like COP IT
COP IT is the only store where I can find the shoes I want like a lot of the Kobe's and Travis Scott pairs. Cant find them anywhere else for such a great price, they also got a lot of Fear of God essentials stocked that no other store has too
