The Mortgage Program for Costco Members 

The Costco mortgage program was very easy & efficient! From data collection to closing the process was so smooth, we even did the closing at our house! I would definitely recommend the program to others!

This is a great program that allowed me to find the best rate with minimal closing costs. I highly recommend it. I also recommend upgrading to executive membership to take the most advantage of the cost savings.

We have used Costco Mortgage (Cross Country Mortgage) three times already. I tell everyone about Costco's mortgage program - even the realtors that I have used have said they'll start referring customer's to Costco's Mortgage program because they were very impressed with their service, and they were blown away by the low rates and closing costs.

We don't even contact the banks or those mortgage brokers for a rate comparison anymore, because Costco's Mortgage is by far the cheapest, and they are very transparent.

Great experience with the Mortgage Program for Costco members! The bank that I chose did an excellent job of guiding me through the application process and made it very easy for me to obtain a mortgage. It was a total of 24 days from the time I signed the contract to the day I closed. I highly recommend the Costco Mortgage Program!

The mortgage program for Costco members was simple to use, offered great rates, and made the closing particularly easy. The only downside was that, due to the market, our appraisal could not take place as quickly as we hoped. Since we had already locked in our rate and this was a refinance, however, that wasn't really an issue. Would definitely do it again and recommend the program!

The broker was responsive. Home cash out refi was closed without any hidden fees.
