Took almost 2 weeks to receive my order, and when it came, it was damaged. The wrong brake pad was attached. I had to return as this was a safety issue for my 5-year-old.

The air conditioner arrived quickly, was well packed and received in good condition.
The portable air conditioner works well to keep the bedroom cool. It is a little noisy but I believe most ac’s of this size are. It was straightforward to set up. My daughter had to add some foam to make the window insert fit tightly. She is very happy with the unit.

The web site was easy Good Value
The web site was easy to maneuver through, as was the ordering process. The delivery was prompt and as promised. So far the product, 4 chairs appear to be worth the value. There was some difficulty in putting them together with some of the bolts and matching the bolt holes up to thread them, but at this price point the little aggravation is so far worth it.

No issues with the company with my purchase other than the delivery address location issues.
When making my purchase I DID in fact enter the delivery address, its not my mailing address and I made sure it was entered in correctly. Once my order was processed I seen the address mistake and had to change it with the shipper. UPS got my address change (that I had to pay for)... then they delivered my package to the entirely wrong location. It was shipped to the post office, I had it addressed to our UPS receiving location in town. NOT the post office since we dont have a post office box there. (Ours is in another town).
Now I will be picking up my package from the post office and the women there give me absolute attitude when our shippers use their location. Puts me in a 💩 mood!!!

The air conditioner does not cool adequately, even though the room is 150 square feet. Unfortunately, the company's return policy is deceptive, as it requires that the air conditioner not be operated or tested.
