I really like the design but was disappointed in the quality. The one door is bubbled. I’d return it but it took my husband 3 hours to put together. I’m not sure if you would consider a return and replacement of one door. That we could return, no problem.

Delivery time was too long... other providers have a faster delivery...Also the tracking information on one package mentioned " No label " for sometime which meant that the customer had no information of pickup and delivry for a while.

I ordered the wrong size trampoline mat and had not read the return guidelines wrong I now have to pay 32$ shipping to send it back for a 106.92$ order. Will never order here again.

Weighted umbrella base with wheels and locks
Weighted umbrella base was delivered very quickly. Took off 1 star as the package that held the necessary hardware was not sealed and there were only 9 screws loose inside the packing material. A quality control problem. Needed 16 so off to the hardware store to purchase more. The stand works well with my Costway free-standing Market Umbrella. That puppy isn’t going anywhere, very stable, happy with the quality.

The product was as stated, the delivery notifications were good and the product arrived safely. I live in a condo, it was a heavy box, and I am a senior on my own so I wish it had been brought up to the 3rd floor as it was heavy and hard to manage on my own.
