15000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Heat and Auto Swing Unfortunately the unit was defective upon delivery. I reached out to Costway via email and received a response within 24 hours giving me options of getting replacement unit or refund. I opted for a refund because we were in heat wave and did not want to wait the 7-10 days for replacement unit. My credit card was promptly refunded. All in all they were very easy to deal with. Will not hesitate to order from Costway in the future.

Happy with the service but not with the item
Positive: The item's price was discounted one week after I placed my order. I contacted Costway by email and the Price Adjustment Program is really effective, and the service was excellent.
Negative: The fertilizer and seed spreader is really poor quality. Not having assembled It, I would definitely have returned it. I think it's too late.
