I have found everyone at Covea to be very conscientious and helpful.
I have worked with Max Harron the most and he has been extremely kind and helpful to me throughout a difficult claim.

I had what I considered a relatively minor and straightforward claim. Freezer gave up the ghost and a fair amount of food/contents could not be salvaged. An 'excess' amount needed to be taken off my claim but nevertheless this was dealt with fairly and professionally. The claim was processed almost immediately with a minimum of fuss and I received payment within 48 hours.

The support received from the company has been personal and caring throughout the process of handling my claim. The appointment of an 'Additional Support Handler', Olivia, has proved to be so very helpful and supportive through the whole experience. Even to the point of making sure that the hire car supplied, when needing to travel some distance for a funeral, was appropriate for the journey.
Furthermore, having that personal contact has made such a difference in smoothing the way through a difficult and anxious time. I am most grateful to Olivia and to the company for the care and attention given.

Today I had to make my first accident claim. The adviser was called Milli, she was so professional and put me at ease straight away as I was still feeling very anxious just having been in a severe car accident. Nothing was too much trouble, she took control, was very compassionate and dealt with my claim, giving me advice what I needed to provide, but most of it was dealt with by Milli during the call. So impressed with Milli, my stress was completely taken away. I have no hesitation in saying when making a claim that you will get a stress free service.🙂

Taff was friendly and professional. He did however need to refer to his line manager on a couple of occasions, but because he is still training this is I believe an essential part of his development.
