Taff was friendly and professional. He did however need to refer to his line manager on a couple of occasions, but because he is still training this is I believe an essential part of his development.

Car Insurance Claim
Taff who dealt with my claim, was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He was made aware that I have a hearing problem (wearing hearing aids) and took appropriate action. He talked me through the whole process, making the experience as stress-free as possible. If Taff is a typical example of your staff, then I cannot recommend Covea highly enough.
