Convinced me to let them support my motor claim and promised thw world ,only to drop my case 2 weeks in without and clear explanation, leading to me having to go back to my own insurance, wasted two weeks and time and money ,they act as though they are the third party insurance and there not ,unprofessional and cannot be trusted ,take my advice and stay well clear

Once the claim had been placed by my Insurance Broker, Covea were informed and it was a seamless experience, with a very efficient service. Settlement was within a few weeks.
I would especially like to mention Assyl Houali, who was the handler of my claim.

Taff was very helpful and too me through the claims process in a professional manner. I felt very assured that the claim would be sorted out. Highly recommended.
