I went here to buy a portable power bank for my phone. I was told by the man at the till that it would be a tenner, and I paid contactless. The next day, the charge came up as £39.99! These people will rob you. Avoid.

Great customer experience - fixed my iPhone 14pro at a fraction of the price Apple were going to do it. Great customer experience and superb quality - would highly recommend.

Was given a certain amount for the laptop servicing costs, then, on collection day when paying, they added a big service charge percentage.
Repair had been done however the finish wasn't great. You could notice they hadn't sealed properly the area they touched to fix the issue.

They made it to recover my data! Although it took a while aside from changing IC is quite expensive, but prioritising when you are in an emergency of submitting final semester essay is important to note. Thank you!

I really thought my iPad was finished after I managed to drop it screen side down. I was assured that it could be repaired, was kept informed of the progress of that repair and it’s working fine. Exceptionally courteous as well as effective service too.

These guys are amazing, i’ve been having laptop issues for a while, they have managed to fix them all. Not only that after my second payment everything after was covered by the warranty saving me over £200. On my recent charger issue he ordered 2 for me, but because i forgot to bring my laptop he let me bring them both home and return return them once i’ve tested.

This review is in response to their reply. My sister and I went to this shop to get her very expensive laptop fixed. And they’ve proceeded to say we stole with no evidence or proof. This is because we asked for a refund or repair when the laptop broke down within 6 days. Our bags were never checked and we were never arrested by the police because we never stole. The police actually advised him to fix the laptop but he refused so we are taking this to the civil courts. If they continue to cook up lies about my sister and I stealing. I will be pressing charges as that is defamatory and claim damages in addition to claiming a refund from the civil court. Because they have no evidence to back this up. I advise they delete that reply immediately.

Wanted to get my apple watch repaired locally around westend. Found Covent Garden tech nearby. They repaired the watch with quality parts infront of me without any hassle. Very friendly guy and amazing service.
