Never trust this shop!
updates: My phone hasn't been returned by this shop, I saw their ridiculous reply, my friend tried to take my phone back twice 2 months ago, they refused and threatened us, As a foreigner, I can't believe there is a ridiculous shop threatening customers in the UK. I hope the local government or mobile phone repair industry will see this shop's behavior. If anyone question what I said, you can contact me by email directly, I'll show you everything!
I am a student, and I sent my mobile phone to Covent Garden Tech Repairs on September 18th this year. I was traveling in London at that time. We had an offline transaction, and I paid for the Repairs and left my mobile phone there. In the beginning, they said that my phone will be repaired on 9 Oct. However, I did not receive any emails or text messages indicating that my mobile phone was sent. I sent emails several times to ask about the repair progress of the phone. Covent Garden Tech Repairs did not reply until I asked for a refund and got my phone back on October 16th. But now (27, November 2021) I haven't got my mobile phone and a refund. The phone has been repaired for 40 days.---a week ago the owner called me and said that he would send my mobile phone back before November 9. He didn't honor his promise again. My phone is still in their shop.

Great service fixed my phone as Apple Covent garden said they couldn’t any issues he allowed me to bring the phone back and fix for free in relation to the same issue. Quick fix good customer service and seems to know exactly what his doing so id recommend.
