took too long to fix and wasnt updated as I should have been
took more than a month to get the computer fixed and I had to be the one asking for the status of it.
good thing is that at the end it did get fixed. Also friendly people.

Not very satisfactory
We got two iPhone screens replaced. They are not iPhone products but they work fine. We then bought two covers for the phones. I went back the same day with the unopened cover and asked them to take it back as it was not suitable (the opened cover - which I was not asking them to take back - did not work well with face recognition. They refused to take the unopened cover back even though we had already spent a lot of money with them and they could have easily resold it as it was unopened.

I am 65 years old man and the guy in the shop gave me chair to sit and on top of that he repaired my daughter’s iPhone 11 , I am so glad that I found this shop near my flat.
