Just signed up with Cover Builder for my insurance - too early to tell but if their aftersales is as good as their help in providing a new policy I am very hopeful. Great service

The website was so clear and easy to use. To top it all the price was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.

I found the online form easy to follow.

I had to go on chat line to add a clause regarding contact details to my records as there was no option to on this via the form.

The lady I chatted with Catrin was very helpful, so very happy with the service.

I know there are a lot of options to click through but some of them were a little contradictory in nature

Things like being asked if the property is habitable (currently not), but then being asked who else lives there. For example.

Overall though it was fairly straightforward.

I am due to start building work and the home insurance provider I had been with put a lot of exclusions on my policy which was due to expire in the middle of the building work so I decided to look for another policy. Of all the providers I looked at who would cover my property building and contents the options offered by CoverBuilder were the best in terms of value and level of cover. I twice while I was trying to make a decision used the web chat which was quick and very helpful. The only reason I never give 5 stars is due the to fact that until you have experience with a company and had a problem you do not know how good the company is.

Comprehensive cover, thorough, complete and very competitive rates. Would definitely use again!

I was looking for a house building insurance cover for a property that will be empty whilst I am renovating it. The policy from Cover the Builder fits the bill at a very good price.

It was quick and easy to get a policy sorted to cover my needs. I only envisaged needing it for a short time while waiting for completion on my house sale. There was no problem with do that and the call centre staff were very hepful and supportive in providing answers to my questions

Straightforward questions, easy to fill in. Good quote, which we decided to accept. There was a slight snag at the end of the application process when we were diverted to the credit check, which meant we weren't quite sure if the application had been submitted so we did it again and this time it went through. Very satisfied overall.
