worst company and customer service, first got breakdown in the middle of cold night, called and after waiting for 1 hr they said sorry we don't have anyone to help only can come after 6 hrs had to arrange by my own and paid 150 pounds to a third party and then 2nd breakdown time when called after 1 hr they said ohh we already went to your house, knocked but no one responded so he went away now you have to pay cancellation charges that is 90 pound , they are joke believe me . deserve 0 or less than that rating.

MY WIFE IS CURRENTLY STUCK OM THE A1M WITH A PUNCTURE IN A MINI COUNTRYMAN. THE CAR IS 100% ALWAYS MAINTAINED. THE GUY IN A VAN ARRIVED AND A MINI DOES NOT HAVE A FACILITY FOR A SPARE, THEREFORE ITS A SECOND UNCOVERED CALL. 41 MILES TO HOME AND A AN ESTIMATE OF OVER £200 - CROOKS! APPARENTLY HAD SHE SAID, MY CAR HAS STOPPED AND I HAVE NO CLUE WHY AND KEPT TO THAT, ALL WOULD BE WELL. I HAVE CALLED THEM AND IT'S PAY THE MONEY OR MOVE IN AND LIVE ON THE HARD SHOULDER. I am happy with the price I have paid. I have never had to use your call out service so cannot comment further.

Been with CMB for years. On odd occasion needed help the service has been faultless. However, I am annoyed that because my Honda car is older I’m paying a lot more as the age of my car creeps up, despite doing low mileage and my car is in good condition, Honda’s seem to go forever Twas ever thus, I suppose.

Renewed my policy. Good price, as ever, I have only ever used the service twice when my battery was flat in very cold weather. Recommended.

Waiting time is huge! 3 hours!
They don’t know what they are doing! They call you and say that they are coming at 10am , 20 min later they change for 10.45 am and than you get call from the driver that it’s actually 11am.
I’ve been waiting from 8am -11am! Shockingly bad customer service, very unprofessional , they will call you name and darling- my god really they think sweet talk will fix their bad service?
The guy who came to fix my tire didn’t know how to find mileage on my car and kept me extra 15 min waiting while he was pushing all possible buttons in my car…surely he should know things like that?!

Terrible! I broke down on a main road - called repeatedly and no reply. I finally got through the next day (after paying for breakdown truck to remove the car). I would NOT recommend this company.
also, when I tried to change/add a new vehicle , I had to call 3 different numbers and they were not helpful.... rubbish service!!

Massive con they said ful nationwide cover and broke down in Bristol guess wot they wanted me to pay to be taken hom complete con artist absolutely disgusting renewed rac now no problems 😊 cost me 320 pound to be towd home because out of principle I wouldn't use them

They claim to cover ANY VEHICLE. Just called them, I had changed my car in Feb. Same number plate, they REFUSE to assist. ASA and Trading Standards reports gone in

Still no reply I have emailed given email addresses provided!!!I took out an insurance policy on the 20th of September. They then took £50 out my account and didn't set up my policy and sent me confirmation of anything about my breakdown cover policy! I have emailed them over 7 times now and no reply!! The money as been taken out my bank aswell!! Yet on there online portal it says no policies are set up!! Worst company ever for breakdown cover! My legal team is now going to have to sort this which Is going to cost more money!!!

Absolutely do not use this company. They will find any reason not to recover your vehicle costing you to do it privately. If you are unfortunate enough to break down in a multistory car park, they will not recover unless you can't get it out on the road. With a disabled adult and small child, my husband had no choice to ask for roadside assistance to come but he could not start us so we were left totally stuck. The customer service representative was very unhelpful with a very arrogant tone and absolutely no compassion or empathy. She didn't give 2 hoots about our situation and repeated policy. Do not give this company your money!!!

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Had a breakdown recently, covermy dumped us and our broken down car at a motorway service station. We had to get a taxi home with my frail mother, for which I am still waiting to be reimbursed. They didn't take my car to the garage until the following day. Very unsympathetic and unresponsive. Never again, false economy.

I had a car breakdown breakdown for the second time. I phoned Covermy and they sent the truck within 2 hours. They were so kind and kept me updated. The truck driver was so helpful in each time. They phoned later on the same day to make sure everything went fine. I appreciate their response and recommended them

Absolutely a scam company, broke down yesterday on a very busy junction in Ilford at 11:30 am called them asap and been told someone will call me in 10 min!!!!
called them every hour untill 3:30 pm and the answer is, we cant provide anyone to help you!!! So had to go myself and find recovery, after waiting for them for almost 4 hours on a busy junction only for them to tell me if i have a different recovery they will charge me if their recovery truck is on the way....

Do not buy.
Called as had broken down on busy road. Took over 90 minutes to get to me and very short on the phone. Mentioned that I had 30 miles of range on the on board computer but said that it could be fuel related as you never know, I was the told that it would incur a £50 charge as I had mentioned the word fuel which I had to pay by reading out my card number while slowing cars down to stop them crashing into my car which was blocking the lane of a busy road. Did not ask if I was safe or if my car was blocking traffic, only interested with praying on stressed individuals who thought they were covered. DO NOT USE.

Just got a quote from comparison website and i feel so lucky that i read their reviews before buying, same BS reply from the company"YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED YOUR POLICY NUMBER" shows how serious they are about their business. Taking my business somewhere else TATA
