WORST "INSURANCE" COMPANY EVER! Avoid at all costs! They take your money and run. If you need to claim, they can't even be contacted on the phone. They totally ghost you!
Shocked that anyone would rate this company higher than 1 star. It's insane that people are basing their 5 star reviews on how easy it is to purchase a policy from them! HAHAHAHA. That's the stupidest thing ever! You're literally rating how easy is it for a company to TAKE your money, not whether or not they GIVE you money when you need to make a claim?! Wake up! This so-called company is a SCAM!

Trust Pilot reviews are for Coverwise only, AXA however, do provide us with the insurance benefits, which gives our customer peace of mind whilst travelling. The reason behind Trust Pilot is to gain feedback from our customers regarding our website, our prices and our products, and to give our customers the opportunity to raise any issue they might have experienced during the purchasing process.
Of course, we understand that when buying insurance products, customers are inclined to connect the product purchased against the service provided. We welcome suggestions and or complaints, as this allows us to highlight issues with our partner.
We hope the above helps clarify it is far from ‘insane’ to ask customers to review a website they have been using and products they have bought.
Lastly, we would like to invite you to elaborate on your statement ‘worst insurance company ever’. I don’t recommend Coverwise
Very easy to buy travel insurance however when it comes to making a claim with AXA help is nowhere to be found and you are left floundering around in the abysmal or should I say non existent customer AXA service. No reply to email sent to Coverwise requesting assistance

Buying is not the problem....getting…
Buying is not the problem....getting any sort of assistance is. I bought insurance for my partner. All the details on the policy are hers, apart from the name, which it changed when I put in my credit card details.
So we have a useless insurance policy. I have tried 17 times this morning to ring but the phone calls don't even go through ( I see this is not a new thing on their end) so I am going to write as per their policy for a refund (Not sure we'll get that either). Have had to buy insurance elsewhere in order to make sure my partner is covered.
