Just don't, when you buy you have little to no chance of any customer support.
It got delivered ok, but when you have problems with your product you won't be able to get hold of them. There is some un-monitored customer service mailbox.

We absolutley love our car seat, and suitcase! I am so impressed with the quality of both products and their customer service is absolutely seamless! we have been using both for some time now, so I am pleased to be able to say that both items have lasted us almost a year and are like brand new! The car seat is so easy to wash and keep clean xx

Delivery was a nightmare, customer service is non-existent. I understand it is a foreign company but the customer service doesn't respond to anything. When we received the product it isn't even average.

I honestly didn’t expect to love this car seat as much as I do.
Maya has always struggled in car seats… she cries, gets uncomfortable, and every car ride turns into a little battle.
But with this one, something just clicked.
She’s 9 months old now and, for the first time ever, she actually fell asleep in the car. I couldn’t believe it. Seeing her finally relax felt like such a relief for me.
And I’m really happy knowing this seat will grow with her until she’s 12. One car seat for all those years.
My only regret is not finding it earlier. I feel like she could have had so many calmer rides, maybe even more naps, if we had this from the start.

But I’m glad we found it now. It really made a difference for us. 😍😍

This is such a lovely brand with a great car seats and more. My kids are feeling very comfy and safe in their car seats, the price is also great and communication with the brand if you have any questions etc. Definitely recommend!

Found jovikids on instagram before getting the jovikids ranger 360 spin i-size car seat. My daughter who is 29 months old has had quite a few car seats none of them have been as comfortable or as easy to install into the car,as the joviranger usually most car seats need to have a seatbelt through it. The great thing about the Jovi kids Ranger is there’s no seatbelt it’s all done with the I-size. The only seatbelt adjustment I had to make was for my daughter . The canopy is just an extra touch of comfort for a child who doesn’t like the sun in their eyes or just doesn’t want to see out the window. I’d recommend to any parent with young children! this car seat has helped our child enjoy being in the car that’s all every parent wants a long with their safety

The ranger car seat is a great choice for those wanting to invest in a seat suitable from newborn up to age 12. It has a 360 swivel base so it’s easy to get your child in and out and also a tilt option to lie your child back slightly. The seat also has an attachable hood which can be pulled over to block sunlight, there aren’t many car seats on the market with this feature. The only thing I can really fault is that the straps can get easily twisted and it can be a bit of a faff trying to untwist them when trying to put your baby in the car but other than this I’m really pleased with this car seat!

We’ve been using the JoviKids Ranger 360° Car Seat and it has honestly been amazing. The 360 rotation makes getting Aria in and out of the car so much easier and it feels safe, sturdy and really well made. The padding is soft, the fit is secure and Aria looks comfortable every time she sits in it.
Installation was simple and the design looks really sleek in the car. Overall the Ranger 360 has made our journeys smoother and I would genuinely recommend it to any parent looking for a reliable and comfortable car seat. ❤️
