I had a great experience
I had a great experience. I started with the boots, which I hadn’t tried before, and it was really nice to get the treatment while still being able to do other things like reading or working on my computer. After that, I tried the infrared sauna, which is my go-to, for me it really helps speed up recovery. And helps avoid feeling sore the day after a tough workout. The only thing I’d change here is the music available it’s kind of plain for my liking but I guess it serves a purpose. All in all very happy with my experience and big thanks to the employees for making it such a pleasant time!

First timer - Love it!
Tried the 60minute massage and it may be one of the best messages I’ve had in my life. It was very relaxing, hit the right spots without it being painful. The place was very roomy and clean.

My husband and I tried the infrared sauna for 45 minutes, and we absolutely loved it!
The atmosphere was calm and serene as we walked in. We noticed neatly arranged piles of shoes in the corner, so we followed suit and took off ours. The lady in charge kindly explained the process to us in both Danish and English (since I don’t speak Danish), which was very helpful.
The sauna itself was fantastic—far better than the traditional ones we’ve tried. We both came out feeling rejuvenated, almost as if we had just had a massage. The tension in our joints and muscles had eased significantly, and we left with a deep sense of relaxation.
It was truly a great experience, and we will definitely be coming back again and again!

Floating while pregnant (37+2)
Floating (2 stars) was highly uncomfortable and it was not possible to be on the back. Gave it a try for about 25min, switching between using the pool noodle to be on the stomach and on the back. Here half an hour later, I still have constant braxton hicks and stomach pains. It’s not my first child and this is how the body reacts after too much stress.
The pregnancy massage was good and the lady sweet (4 stars)

Amazing healing experience
My husband and I had massage session, and it was very healing and relaxing. From beginning to the end, you feel comfortable and at the hands of professionals. They guide you throughout the massage, respect your needs and take care of you.
I, personally, had stiff neck and shoulders, and therapists spent a lot of time and effort on these areas, making me feel so much better. After the session, you can enjoy fresh fruits, snacks, and tea and the serenity of the place.
