CPX has excellent customer support they will get you taken care of.

I just spent half an hour completing a survey and they haven't given me my reward even though I finished it completely. This is a terrible platform; they don't pay you, they don't appreciate your effort, and they don't pay you. Don't waste your time, and I advise you to use other platforms.

Rubbish scammers with same robotic answers to questions pertaining to cash out - referring you to a third-party.

The company paid the amount due snd in a very quick and easy process. I contacted custermer service and recieved a reply within an hour

I am writing this review to warn others about CPX Research and their involvement in a system that results in users being denied payment after their surveys are completed and monetized.

For over four years, I completed CPX Research surveys through Cointiply. During that time, I completed thousands of surveys that clearly generated revenue for CPX Research and their partner. My account was always in good standing. I never received a warning, restriction, or notice of any issue. Everything was accepted as valid for years.

The moment I requested my first cashout, my account was immediately suspended and all of my earnings were withheld. This happened within an hour of the withdrawal request. I was accused of violating terms, but no specific rule was cited, no evidence was provided, and no explanation was ever given. Appeals went nowhere.

Only after this happened did it become clear that this is a common pattern. Many users report being allowed to complete surveys for long periods of time, generating revenue for CPX Research, and then being banned the moment they attempt to withdraw their earnings.

CPX Research directly benefits from this arrangement. They pay Cointiply for survey traffic and completions and continue supplying surveys despite clear evidence that users are being blocked at payout time. Claiming this is “Cointiply’s system” does not remove responsibility. CPX Research chooses who they work with and profits from the results.

From a user perspective, this feels like exploitation. Time, data, and effort are taken and sold, but payment is denied when it is finally requested. Until CPX Research stops working with platforms that operate this way and ensures users are actually paid, they should not be trusted as a legitimate survey provider.

CPX surveys work well and track correctly.
However, a partner app using CPX surveys — GREWARD (DCD Media) — completely stopped paying users, including my own pending $70 payout.

This reflects badly on the CPX experience, even though it is clearly the partner’s fault, not CPX’s.

CPX is usually excellent, but I strongly recommend investigating GREWARD so users don’t lose their earnings.

Giving 4 stars because CPX itself is legit — but please take action.
