Excellent experience

In the years I've worked with this survey company, I can say that I've had a very good experience. Even when I've had some payment issues, their team responds to my tickets quickly and very kindly. I highly recommend them.

I was assisted by Monchito

I was assisted by Monchito. He reviewed my issue and aptly corrected it. The automated email gave an estimate of five days for a response, but he replied within 15mins easily. Upon review, he credited my points for my efforts. I appreciate the quick response and assistance.

CPX Research is a distinctive platform from any other survey provider. They have a professional Admin and Support Team that responds to users' inquiries, such as technical issues, and compensate users' effort accordingly. This is the proof of the bond of trust between survey users and the survey provider.
