Would love to take another course because at 69 you're never too old to learn and discover new things that you never thought you would.
Thank you Richard, hope to see you again sometime.

Could not recommend this course enough !!

Could not recommend this course enough! You learn so much and leave with more confidence than you think possible. Jo is a lovely person so makes the whole day so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Don`t get me started on the cakes made by her lovely mum to go with your tea or coffee, they are delicious.

So, in all definitely a 5-star course not to be missed so make sure you get booked in :)

Thanks again Jo.

Fernando inspires with his infectious enthusiasm for art

This was both an inspiring and enjoyable day course; informative, enlightening, creative, and thoroughly worthwhile.
Fernando is a brilliant teacher and course leader, with infectious enthusiasm which pervades and wrapped itself around the group. He presented the course with a perfect blend of explanation and encouragement for us to develop our own understanding and creative potential.
We all rose to the challenge of recreating the styles and characteristics of the subject artists with our own three composition pieces, experimenting and creating in our own individual ways.
Thank you Fernando, Josie and Class Creative Studios

1-2-1 Overlocker Course

Having owned my overlocker for 10 years, it had never been out of the box. It seemed far too daunting and a little bit scary. I had an amazing day with Emma, all the communication prior to the course reassured me that I was going to come away understanding my machine. I chose to have a 1-2-1 day and thoroughly enjoyed my day.

Emma's studio is a wonderful place to learn, comfortable and lots of space. I found Emma to be extremely patient, professional and very easy to communicate with. I have come away not only understanding how my machine works, but feeling confident that any issues I have with it in the future I will be able to resolve on my own.

I had a great day and would highly recommend this course. Thank you Emma for your patience and humour.

ONE! RIP OFF!

ONE STAR RIP OFF!
I was accepted a week b4 due this by CraftCourses.Com and then by Kate willow sculptures who told me to “keep all simple go for a small creature like a BIRD!” Clear as! There my Parrot (me Pirate!) muse!

all money TOOK. 1 week b4 course 13th and Kate turns round saying No Way Could U Make a Parrot Out of Willow! REALLY HOSTILE! Confidence Shattering! Awful. I can’t work with someone so negative! Am an Empathic Artist! So I asked for money back! Kate passed me back to Craft Course saying They do Refund Twas them u booked through not me!

With them saying only 1 week to it u need 2 for a refund! This is a total outrageous rip off! £110 down brain drain V SLY Craft Like.

🎱 I would V Sincerely
Not Recommend! this willow sculpture course n outfitters it runs by. 🏴‍☠️ Pirate Mary OUT!

PS in wrote this review 13th/14th June not 2nd June THEN was when I first saw advert n signed up for it. And 6th June when tried to get refund!

Today 15th June Craft Courses rang me saying “we manage Trustpilot Page in-house (they do not own! Thank goodness Trustpilot remains independent can trust all reviews as real not fake! including my own above!) they assured me “in situations like yours we give an immediate refund which we will do today…..u could then add that to it?”

🏴‍☠️ “I believe in constructive criticism from u learning by this that Kate puts out a clearer review on Birds yes but NOT parrots too fiddly! Willow hurts hands cannot manage anything too small’ !!!

write the REAL and potential customers are more likely to respond positively! I would have! And for Craft Courses to make clear they are up for total refund up to the day of it! Have this made clear to me within today all sorted and I see the evidence of in next week I’ll give a pirate thumbs up! Don’t? And this remains in original One Star RIP Off Form. 🏴‍☠️ Pirate Mary Out!

Dear Mary, good to speak to you on the phone this morning and get a fuller picture of this situation. We are a very small team and take our customer feedback seriously, so we were very sorry to discover that you had a disappointing experience. As explained, this Trustpilot review was the first we had heard of any problem with this booking as we did not receive a refund request. The policy wording you read is indeed 2 weeks but in cases such as these, with the tutor’s agreement, we will always issue a refund and we wish we could have talked with you last week to clear this up sooner. On the basis on our conversation earlier, we have supported the tutor to update the wording on this willow sculpture course to make it much clearer which small birds and animals can be safely attempted on this course. We have also processed your refund in full this morning. Hopefully this will not put you off another course in the future. Kindest regards, CraftCourses.

My friend and I had a fantastic experience cold press soap making at The Little Craftery with Wendy. The whole process was safe, enjoyable and very informative and Wendy was the perfect tutor allowing us to fully contribute to creating our products in a safe, comfortable and atmospheric way. Will definitely be rebooking another experience very soon and telling our friends and family. The perfect gift for a loved one and the best way to create memories and a product!

Perfect class for basic sourdough!

Had a fantastic time at the sourdough baking class! The instructions were clear, easy to follow, and packed with useful tips. I learned so much about starters, fermentation, and shaping dough, and left feeling confident to bake my own sourdough at home. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere and delicious results – highly recommended for beginners and experienced bakers alike.

I really enjoyed the class and the finished product!

I really enjoyed the day with Dave, the class was brilliant. I liked that it was a small group, and Dave was able therefore to dedicate plenty of quality time to each of us. The workshop was lovely, as was lunch, and as much light refreshment as we wanted. My finished product was - I thought - outstanding! I will certainly come back - thanks

Letter ,Stone carving course

A warm welcome greeted me by Simon and Louise from Blended Monkey, who quickly introduced me to my Mark, the tutor for the day. After a quick introduction and an order placed for drinks, we were soon marking out our letters that we had decided to do. Tools were described and how to use them, and then we were onto the actual stone carving part. Mark happily went around getting everyone started, his extensive experience clearly showing. In no time, we were called for lunch where an abundant spread of home-cooked food had been laid out. After a leisurely meal, we were onto the afternoon session where we all progressed with completing our carvings. Overall, a table full of impressive letters had been produced, all credit to Mark for his guidance and to Simon and Louise for their outstanding hospitality. I would certainly recommend the course to others.

Fabulous few hours making soap in the village hall.

Easy enough to understand and we were overwhelmed they had gone to the trouble of making us a wonderful vegan afternoon tea with, scones, cake and sandwiches.

If I could have changed one thing it was a bit noisy for us to hear at times as another class was on. But definitely would attend again as tutor was lovely and answered every question I asked. Just wish id brought a box for to take home our soaps!

I had a fabulous day

I had a fabulous day, Emma creates a very warm and friendly atmosphere, and the other attendees were lovely. I learned quite a lot even though I have been crocheting for a number of years, and came away with a new creation, new project ideas and feeling happy and relaxed at the end of the day. A stunning venue too, Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa offered very nice catering in splendid surroundings

Woodturning course

I bought a small lathe but had no idea how to use it, signed up for the one day with Stuart and learned so much, very relaxed atmosphere covering a range of tools, wood, machines and so much more, solid practical advice. I am now in a position to buy some relevant tools and practice some of the basics I have learned before without doubt I will be going back to Stuart for another day. Definately recommend this course

Back to Mother Earth

Being in a wood surrounded by calm, nature and organic was the perfect setting for this experience.

Matt is a naturally supportive individual who is passionate about his craft, environment and desire to teach others.

Combined, it resulted in the most fulfilling, purposeful and reflective experience I have had in some time.

This is so much more than the art of green woodwork. It's a return to Mother Earth minus the tree hugging. Though of course that's permissible should it float your boat.

Thank you Matt. You opened my eyes and mind and possibly lit a fuse.

I'll definitely be returning.

So should you.
