I accidentally bougt something on the website, and i reached out to the support team and asked if i could get a refund. So they said that in their policy it says that the plans are non-refundable but they made an exception for me and i was really glad about that.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. website is super slow and almost none of the tools work. it says you can only export 5 min videos but then doesn’t let you cut videos to the right length. super laggy when videos come out it’s HORRIBLE. and then when you cancel it gives you a “we’ll fix the problem or money back option” but when you go to fill the ticket out it just takes you to the discord where you can’t do anything

Unusefull, free tier advertised but "not available", cancelling the subscription is very hidden through bad UI choice (its the cancel button in the settings modal) with very unclear wording no support address. Avoid at all cost
