We are currently 7w+1 pregant with our second baby thanks to Create Manchester. Cannot fault this clinic, the whole tream are exceptional and handle patients with care & compassion. Our personal patient coordinator Liz has been emotionally supportive throughout both treatments, she can't do enough for us and always reassures us she is there to help with any uncertainties along the way. You always feel part of the CREATE family when you visit the clinic because the staff remember you and make you feel at ease every time. We have full trust in CREATE that our remaining embryos are in good hands for the foreseeable and have no doubt that our future experiences with CREATE will be just as spectacular.

I want to share my review about Create Fertility based on my experience. I live in Birmingham. I got married four years ago, but for all these years, I was unable to conceive. After four years, I contacted them, and they completed the happiness I had been waiting for all this time.
They have a wonderful team, and the whole process went very smoothly. They always responded on time, explained everything very clearly, guided me properly, and took great care of me. First, they did all the necessary scans, then collected my eggs, and later transferred the embryos into me. The entire procedure was almost painless, and I felt very comfortable having my treatment with them.
Today, Alhamdulillah, I did my pregnancy test, and it came back positive. I am so grateful to the Birmingham branch of Create Fertility for helping me achieve this happiness and for putting in so much effort throughout the process.
I highly recommend the Birmingham branch. If anyone is trying to have children, please contact them. They are absolutely fair, everything is genuine, and they don’t do any dishonest work. The treatment is excellent.
Once again, I am truly grateful to the Birmingham branch of Create Fertility. They put in so much effort for me and helped me achieve my happiness. Ive had two IVF cycles with Create. Sadly, both have had poor outcomes, but I cant fault the team. The admin team are really nice and helpful, the nurses are brilliant, caring and considerate. The Consultants are informative, allow you time to ask questions, and always explain anything you need in more detail. The anaesthetists have been brilliant on both occasions and so has the ODP! The embryologists are always very kind and considerate and patient. They always take the time to explain the outcomes and give you the opportunity to ask questions.

Even though ive had two cycles that haven't had perfect outcomes so far, I would still use Create again.

We are an older couple and grateful to find a clinic that would give us a chance. The Raynes Park team is exceptional - from Jessie at reception, Debbie and every nurse, Tanya, Rodrigo, Calypso and especially Dr Rostom who has really supported us throughout and made time for us at every stage. We feel everyone at the clinic is rooting for us. The only negative would be we did struggle a little bit with the comms/admin team at the start but once we were with the medical team it has all been excellent.

Create always supported me through all my cycles, the staff are amazingly attentive and welcoming. As soon as you walk in Nichola on reception makes you feel so comfortable and welcome, she remembers everyone’s name and it’s such a personal service you get!

My nurse Gyonyul was amazing! She was supportive, understanding and patient with me. Her sense of humour eased any anxieties I had and made me feel so at ease!

Thank all Create and ABC fertility staffs help me get my miracle baby. They are all caring us.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, explained everything to me and my husband before each cycle. Listened to us when we requested to try different things. Took us 6 rounds but finally we have been blessed to become pregnant! Will be sad not seeing the lovely staff but we are so ready for this next part of our journey.

We began our IVF journey at ABC IVF Southampton, and from the very start, everything was perfect. The team explained the entire process in detail, step by step, which gave us the clarity and confidence to proceed with ABC IVF.

Edyta at the Southampton clinic was simply outstanding. She listened to all our questions with patience, explained each step thoroughly, and provided constant emotional support throughout our visits. Her warm and friendly approach made every appointment feel comfortable and reassuring. Even during the ultrasound scans while my partner was on IVF injections, she made sure we felt well-informed and at ease. Her communication skills are excellent — clear, empathetic, and always tailored to our needs.

On the day of egg collection, we met Dr Rustam Nagi, Lead IVF Consultant, who has a truly exceptional personality. His calm and reassuring manner, excellent communication skills, and ability to show genuine empathy made a potentially stressful day much easier for us. He explained everything clearly, addressed our concerns, and made us feel supported and cared for at every stage.

We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire ABC IVF Southampton team and the embryologist at the main branch, where the procedures are performed. The professionalism, dedication, and care shown throughout the process were second to none.

To all couples in the UK who are struggling to conceive — we would strongly recommend ABC IVF. It is not only cost-effective with flexible payment plans, but also, in my opinion, the only UK centre that combines affordability with exceptional communication skills and outstanding patient care.

Lovely staff throughout at the St Paul’s branch, but in particular the wonderful Claire who made the whole experience stress-free and gentle. Attentive, lovely, knowledgeable and kind.

Wow what can I say.. this clinic has completed our family and gave us exactly what we trusted them for in the first place! The place is flawless with every level of staff they have from the reception to the surgery room! Liz our coordinator was so supportive from the get go! Will for ever hold a place in our hearts! Able to start treatment as soon as it was able to order meds and safe cycle to start treatment , clear and informative of options no pressure, friendly staff and able to accommodate to use the other clinics for my bloods and scans, special mention to Wolverhampton nursing team, and amazing support and egg collection from Birmingham team.

Great customer service and quick response as at when needed. I will recommend create fertility to anyone.

Our experience with Create was great! I got all the support I needed from baseline scan, stimulation for egg retrieval, actual egg retrieval, and frozen embryo transfer. Everything went smoothly and I like their mild IVF approach as I did not suffer any adverse effects of the medications given to me. My first frozen embryo transfer worked and currenly 12 weeks pregnant and still praying to God that this will result to live birth!

Amazing experience from start to end. All staff are welcoming and lovely, very easy to talk to and put you at ease.
