My partner and I did a three-cycle package of mild IVF (two round of freezing embryos, and then a fresh transfer on the third cycle). We also had ICSI as part of our process. I'm now 3 months pregnant and I can't thank the team at CREATE Bristol enough. Throughout the process all of the staff were caring, kind and professional, and we felt really well taken care of through what was a challenging and emotional journey. There was no pushy-ness from the clinic, instead information was shared with us with options that allowed us to come to the right treatment decision for us in a timeline that felt right. Our emails were always answered quickly and the manner of staff at our appointments made us feel supported and in good hands throughout. We initially visited a different fertility clinic in Bristol for a consultation before going to CREATE, and that experience was very cold and overwhelming. I have no doubt that going to CREATE was the best decision we could have made, and would highly recommend them.

I had just finished my first egg freezing cycle with Create (Bristol) and had such a great experience with them. It can be overwhelming at times and all the staff - medical and logistical couldn't have done more to make me feel supported, comfortable and at ease. Honestly one of the best 'medical' experiences from start to finish. I was recommended them by a friend and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking into fertility treatment.

I trusted in create Fertilty to ensure my journey with them would be comfortable and smooth I’ve been nothing but disappointed the heartache.. I finally got accepted through NHS however they needed the report from create Fertilty bearing in mind I paid for a private scan my hard earnt money however after sending emails for over 5
Months and keeping getting told a doctor will sign my report of I have yet not heard anything ! Unless you want to be disappointed and your chances of having a baby even more less don’t go with this company!! I will put this all over social media tik tok as they have prevented my chances !! I told them
My dead line was today still they choose to blank me all they care about is the money they don’t care about nothing else!!!

Best fertility clinic-nicest staff

Since the first time stepping into the clinic, all the staff have made me feel so welcome and positive about a difficult process. They have been realistic but given me the hope that I can achieve a pregnancy.

Fantastic experience with Create Manchester.All consultations were prompt and advice provided in detail.

The staff were so professional and extremely helpful at every step of the way.They were so warm and welcoming and helped me feel at ease during the whole process. Would reccomend Create to anyone wanting to try ivf, they made the experience so much less scary.

From start to finish, our experience of Create and all of the team we came into contact with was fantastic. Everyone was so professional, yet warm and friendly. Everything was explained in a way we could understand. All queries were responded to quickly. What really shone through was how positive everyone was. Our chances of success were slim and while we were made aware of this, conversations were always focused on a positive outcome which shifted our mindset. The egg collection was smooth and I felt so well cared for. The transfer was a great experience, I loved how my partner was included - it felt fun!
The outcome of all of this? Success first time! Our baby girl is five weeks old and we will forever be grateful to Create for making our dream come true.

The nurses are all very compassionate and knowledgeable, Stacey who does the bloods is very good and very patient with you.
The reception staff are lovely and good at thier Job. They keep to thier word and follow things through. The Doctors are all very professional at all times and keep you grounded they will always be honest with you. Sometimes it's not what you want to hear. I have complete trust in the advice and process.

I had a good experience with fertility team all of them they are very kind but unfortunately I got negative results this morning 😢 I will advise all couples who wants to do IVF they come to the create fertility

My experience at Create Clinic Wilmslow has been absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to provide not just excellent medical care, but also the emotional support and reassurance that make such a huge difference during what can be a very overwhelming process.

From my first interaction, I felt welcomed, listened to, and cared for on a personal level. The clinic runs smoothly, with timely appointments, great communication, and a genuinely calming environment.

I have to give a special mention to Liz, the patient coordinator. She is, in a word, phenomenal. Liz made me feel like more than just a patient — she was always there with a warm smile, helpful advice, and fast, thoughtful responses to any questions or concerns I had. Her kindness, clarity, and efficiency were a huge source of comfort throughout.

Nic was another star – consistently friendly, kind, and professional, she brought such warmth to every appointment and interaction.

The medical care I received from Dr. Lamiya and Dr. Nafee was exceptional. They are both deeply knowledgeable and incredibly compassionate. They took the time to explain each step of the process thoroughly and with patience, which helped me feel empowered and at ease. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want the best possible outcomes.

The whole team worked together to provide a level of care that exceeded all expectations. They don’t just offer treatment — they offer hope, humanity, and a deeply personal experience.

They took great care of us during treatment and we were lucky enough to be blessed with a beautiful baby girl.

Overall I am happy with the care with create Wimbledon but there are a few things I feel could be improved. Staff are friendly and welcoming but I have left a few appointments feeling uninformed with upsetting news. The communication can definitely be improved. Dr Rostom has saved the day on this providing much more information and answering all of my questions and giving me lots of reassurance along the way. There isn't any continuity with the sonographers so it's difficult to build a trusting relationship and some give me information than others. The communication has improved since the start of my journey though so I do feel I've been heard on this.
This has also been a very expensive experience and through my acupuncture clinic I learnt I could get a prescription and sort the prescription myself for cheaper. This should be offered as information for all clients. This could have saved me a couple of grand so far which is a crazy difference and quite upsetting as I am funding this on my own which is not easy.

Very professional, know there stuff. First round for us perfect baby girl. Couldn’t be happier.
