Just terrible. The videos introducing the creativate platform are beyond bad. The woman presenting youtube 'welcome' tutorial is almost incoherent, often using the wrong terms, correcting herself, trailing off in the middle of sentences with platitudes rather than addressing questions , and frankly didn't seem to know her way around the software at all. I started feeling a ittle confused about the transition from My sewnet and ended feeling just very angry about the lack of thought put into the education process for customers. Despite having a subscripton I have not yet been able to access any quilting software (does it actually exist). singer, Pfaff and husqvarna - you should be ashamed of yourselvs offering this crap product to customers who have boutht expensive machines.

I have a monthly subscription with CREATIVATE for my sew net, I have not been able to log in now for 3 weeks and after countless emails, leaving messages on their Facebook page and on their chatbot, no one has bothered to get back to me, absolutely unacceptable customer service in this day and age, hence I am now cancelling my subscription and looking for a better solution with people who respond.

I brought a singer Embroidery machine and thankfully it came with a heavily discounted month of the top-tier…

There is nothing top-tier about this app, at £30 a month, £300 a year, it is a hideous amount of money for a lot of rubbish.

List of main issues in no particular order
- it’s not easy to see that monthly subscription is an option.
- they charge you for very poor designs on top of the sub fee (the good designs are mostly customer content, thus free)
- you can digitise files at this level but nothing too complicated and you can’t go in and change the design, you upload, you can take out the background and change the number of colours. Thats about it
- there is no like system on the designs, if you add one you like (keeping in mind there are 9000+ to go through not all free, not all good) you have to go back through them all again to add the next one
- fonts are very limited
- did I mention how poor the designs were… it was a big disappointment for me
- if you look at things on their website rather than app, every time you go to a new page it asks you to log in again
- everything feels very arts & craft project not creative hand crafted - which I expect with my. £2000 sewing machine.

It’s dreadful and it’s nearly £30 a month

I’m going to either buy software outright (google best embroidery software) to use with my machine, most of the good ones offer a monthly payment plan and it’s yours forever or use inkscape which is free. Or buy individual font packs or designs via ETSY.

I’m writing to Singer, if the sewing machine manufactures step up then the CREATIVATE company will have to too. Cricut have done subscription crafting well, this company have not.

Free version is useless from what I can tell, also.

Expensive, poorly designed software suite available only in English. It's simply unacceptable that Pfaff uses this solution for its machines. You have to take out a subscription which, even at its basic level, doesn't allow you to adjust dot density. You're forced to download all the applications, but you can only use three. The applications start automatically when you log into your Mac. In short, it's a complete disaster, and if I had known, I wouldn't have bought this brand.

I paid a lot of money for a Singer Momento cutting plotter for my sewing projects. When I bought that machine about a month ago I got all kinds of nice info on how to use a free MySewnet account to create quick and fun projects. Turns out Creativate has completely taken over MySewnet. Singer did not mention any of this. Unfortunatly in this takeover, the Momento machine has now becomea a completely useless piece of kit. It takes a gazillion detours to get anything done. Not even creating an account is simple. And then, each link either takes you to a new page that you need to log into, or it takes you to the 'get a premium account' page, where you are sort of arm wrestled into signing up to one of their very expensive account. If you don't, you need to log in to each separate link that you click. And loggin in isn't made simple either, because you don't go to where you wanted to go after that, but you go back to... of course 'get a paid account' page. For me this has become an exercise in patience and applying all my software skill to apply whatever IT work around helps make it workable. Now I've finally found a free SVG designer. But to use the output I need to use a work around to upload anything to their arse of a cloud interface. Once I then get the machine finally going and connected, and I'm not fast enough, I get automatically logged off, sometimes even half way through the process of cutting stages in a project. I'm so fed up with Creativate, they deserve to go bust. This was supposed to be a fun new hobby. But Creativate managed to turn it into a money grabbing business opportunity that probably is only fun for their shareholders. So people, please beware, don't buy anything that needs a Creativate account. Vote with your money, else these corporate jerks will never listen. I should have send back the Singer Momento when I still had the chance.

A few years ago, I paid a lot of money for PREMIER+2. The program would still be functional, but Creativate thinks it's okay that it can no longer be activated. This makes the program completely worthless. No discount, no credit—it's all trash. What a shame. And cheeky. I will make sure not to pay for any Creativate products.
