No good at all, you have to charge them every day if you use in a kitchen.

My product is faulty and I have reached out to the company 4 times Only had one response to ask for photographic evidence which has been to submitted twice and still no response. Overall disappointed with the product - lamp for a bottle Poor customer service and a faulty product Not recommended

Violates UK Consumer protection legislation.
This company is truly appalling. if only trust pilot had minus rating options.

This is a fraudulent SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHUNG FROM THESE PEOPLE. How on earth they are still in operation is beyond belief.

Can get the same items on Amazon for a fraction of the price. I would give them less than one star if it was possible. Their products are crap and cheaply made. They do not accept returns or issue refunds. I was in a hurry to get a birthday gift and forgot to check Amazon first. Per the tracking number they gave me, the post office didn’t receive the package for shipping until after I sent an email to cancel the order, then they ran to the post office and shipped it. The item I purchased was nothing like the photos on the website, very cheaply made. I requested a return and they said I would have to send it to their office in CHINA which would cost me more money than the item was worth. The package I received came from ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA. They offered me a quarter of what I spent as a STORE CREDIT. If their products are crap why would I want to buy something else from them. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES.

I ordered something in 19 of November 2025 for Xmas it’s now the end of January still haven’t gotten my purchase. Tried to email them no response! I wish they would have to tell you where they are coming from!

The product I received is of very poor quality and not fit for use. It does not match how it was advertised.

I requested a full refund and instructions to return the item. The merchant refused to provide a return address and instead offered only a low-value gift card, which I declined.

I am requesting:
• A full refund
• A return address for the item

There are numerous similar complaints about this company on Trustpilot, indicating an ongoing pattern of poor product quality and refusal to issue proper refunds.

I am asking Shop to review this merchant and assist with resolving this dispute, as this is not acceptable consumer practice.

Attempted to cancel before the item had shipped. Item delivery was delayed by over 2 weeks. They made it as difficult as possible to return The item. Bad faith company. Find same products elsewhere for half the price.

This company presents itself as a Scandinavian / European design brand, but in practice operates a dropshipping model.

The product was shipped directly from China, which was not made clear at the time of purchase. Returns are required to be sent back to China at the customer’s expense, even though the company is registered in Sweden. The return shipping cost exceeds the value of the product, making the EU 14-day return right effectively unusable.

The product did not match the marketing images and was delivered without EU-required compliance documentation (such as a Declaration of Conformity, proper CE information, or safety instructions). When requested, these documents were not provided. Based on the build quality and missing documentation, the product raises legitimate concerns about electrical and fire safety.

Customer service was unhelpful and focused on enforcing this impractical return process rather than resolving the issue.

If you are looking for premium European design and proper consumer protection, this is not it. Similar mass-produced items shipped from China are widely available elsewhere at significantly lower prices, without misleading EU branding.

I ordered an item for a Christmas present from Creative lighting on 15th December for a Christmas present. As if today, 31st December it still has not arrived despite communicating with both Creative Lighting and the courier. Communication from Creative lighting is of a very poor standard, with no apology made at all. Only gave 1 star as had to give something. Very disappointed, would avoid at all costs.

OK, I got where I need to be now just erase that 1-star it took to get here! BEWARE!! I have never experienced such frustration in all my years of online shopping. Truly the most ill-run company to date. NEVER an apology, just a redundant reply that's even worse.

I ordered x4 lights from here, they were not as I expected when they arrived. Same story as everyone else: I emailed for a return and was given the address of an individual in China, refused a UK return address, so now I'm £100 down and sat with x4 cheap lights that are barely worth £10 each. DO NOT order from here (I should have checked Trust Pilot too)

Guys, I navigate into their homepage, no adresses but one e-mail address, no clear refound policy, nor Return address (which is mandatory for them) and, and, ... You Order from this site at your own Risk. It seems One of such sites opened Just before xmas to get your Money. Aren't there not enough information on the Internet about such risky sites? Com'on!

There were no instructions I could read. Customer Service insisted I record a video of myself trying to get a lamp charged and were rude when I said I wasn't able to do that. The delivery was also very late. Don't buy anything from them.

A complete scam!
I tried to cancel immediately after ordering and they said it was too late. Said I would have to receive the space light first and then return for refund.
It later transpired that they are Chinese not Swedish. After the cost of returning to China they then refused to clear it through customs and refund.....
Please avoid them!

DO NOT ORDER …. Chinese drop shipping. Our order was send in seperate small shipments to avoid European import taxes. Only half of the items arrived, but we still paid full amount. No support to trace the the missing parcels.

I’m having a horrible customer experience with this company, they claim to have sent me my parcel and even though I show clear evidence that it hasn’t been delivered and then they keep saying that they have to investigate, I would like a refund please.
