Urtika from the closures department was able to finalise my closure and issue my IVA completion certificate in 2 months. It can take up to 6 months but because she was actively addressing my file, has brought this whole process of becoming debt free to an end quicker than expected. Everyone involved in this process has done their best to help me along the way, including Durgesh Udhin who always responded to my concerns and emails promptly.

I rang Ishitah Jeebun from creditfix this afternoon in quite a state, she spoke calmly and took over a very daunting matter. Then rang me back to tell me what she had done to help. All my anxiety lifted away. Thank you Ishita from the bottom of my heart as this comes after a very recent death in the family. 🙏

I cleaned my IVA early and then received a letter from one of my debtors claiming I still owed them money. I phoned Ceditfix and spoke to Ishtak and she wrote to them and sorted it out. She is a credit to creitfix
