Sophie Young was brilliant throughout. She was lovely to work with, incredibly helpful and responsive, and always willing to make time for a call. Her determination and commitment to getting the project over the line really stood out, and she gave her all to ensure everything was finalised successfully.

The representative I dealt with was very helpful, answered all of my questions & found a solution to my query quickly.

We have been with Creditsafe for a few years and have decided to cancel. This service is overpriced for what feels like dated software and slow updates; better-priced, more modern alternatives exist. Directors taking enormous dividends should invest in updating the whole experience.

Have used Creditsafe for several years and can honestly say that the information is pretty comprehensive, accurate and normally up to date. In other words, a good, reliable source of company information. On the down side, Creditsafe does insist on tying you in to a 24 month contract, and renewal always carries an increase in costs, sometimes a pretty hefty one. Otherwise it would have been five stars.
