We've just booked another cruise with Jess and once again faultless, prompt and very knowledgable service . She seem incredibly well focused on delvery to an almost telepathic level (so much so we had our house swept for listening devices and bugs) Once again the confirmation arrived without the need for further clarification or to make any changes. Really top notch service from start to finish

Ashley lowndes was superb

Ashley lowndes was superb he made me feel at ease and made the process easy,very helpful and friendly just what a newby needed.
With regard to the subsequet paperwork and info there was too much (overload) and it came at me from different directions with no logical sequence making it easy to miss things improvements necessary.

Excellent Customer Service! Amazing knowledge!

We have booked two very different small ship cruises this year through The Cruise Line. On each occasion our agent Ashley Lowndes has been excellent with his advice and knowledge about the companies we have chosen to cruise with. He has travelled extensively & has first-hand experience of Antartica as well as other regions/operators. He is very personable, helpful but not pushy. Our bookings were made seamlessly & information sent through in a timely manner. I would definitely book through The Cruise Line in the future!
