One month into my career at sea, I can confidently say that the transition has been much smoother than I expected. I thought it would take me much longer to adjust and make my first sale because of the huge differences between working on land and in cruise ship.

As someone that is currently working on cruise ships specifically in revenue department I wish I had a tutorial like this before I went on ships. It gives a great detaililed explanation of not only the professional side of day-to-day is explained very accurately.

I honestly had an insightful experience because I have worked in retail and thought I have most of the practical knowledge but after completing this course I have gained valuable skills in terms of upselling and creating good relations to guests or customers
