I found the course to be very insightful. I have a good idea on what to expect onboard as a sales associate and how to effectively close sales.

It was very much helpful with much of the important information well explained.

Got a better understanding of Upselling and croselling, different retail product categories and how to build guest relationship..

The piece was very insightful and enlightening. I now feel comfortable and more confident as I approach the clients because I now know the different personalities the guests have. The different types of client that walk in. It was really mind-blowing and knowledge nourishing. Thanks a lot for the course. I got to learn a lot am humbled.

I couldn't have a name witten on my certificate then what's the point of giving that certificate. "Presented to" what am i going to do with that?
