Love the jumpers I bought - great quality, stylish and long in length (I am not one for all those short waist-line jumpers).

A beautiful scarf, my sister saw it and immediately decide or order one. Great service and quality.

Item arrived quickly and well packaged. The scarf is beautiful 100% cashmere which means it is light but still warm. It drapes in the perfect way and the pattern is exactly as I was hoping, some animal prints are too diary but this is just right. I have tied it lots of different ways so that it looks bulky or so it’s more of a necklace.

Black crew neck sweater very nice- good length with nice long sleeves, but disappointed that you can't hand wash. I didn't keep the black long cardigan as the zips looked a bit casual/basic and rather spoilt it.

Absolutely love these scarves. So so soft and lightweight, a joy to wear. Please bring back the grey.

I like my purchase, the black bell sleeved hoody, it’s very flattering and warm, but most importantly, i would much rather support a smaller clothing company that does not buy cashmere from China.

I was sent the wrong style sweater, but liked it so much I decided to keep it and reorder the original one! In the last few weeks, I have bought 4 sweaters from Crumpet, am letting go of older labels that pill and lose their shape. These sweaters wear so beautifully. They are stylish, well made, high quality cashmere.

Packing could have been much better for a high end product

Beautiful cashmere which deserves 5 stars, but went for 3 stars because of delivery veeery slow over Christmas. It must be that period of the year

Disappointing - ordered a scarf online and several days later got an email informing me it was out of stock (and refund being processed) even though it had been showing as in stock online. Thought about ordering in another colour but don’t trust them not do do the same thing again. Bought very similar one elsewhere..

My item has not arrived yet. I do hope it will come soon

Pink fisherman's sweater. Easy ordering very prompt delivery resulting in a lovely jumper arriving. Absolutely love the garment and will keep an eye on the items Crumpet sell as this was my first purchase from them. Excellent!!

Lovely quality cashmere. Thick and less likely to bobble.

Arrived badly packaged with flimsy tissue paper (ripped) in a plastic bag. For a luxury product I would have expected much better. Sizing was very small, all in all the only good thing was the delivery time, it was prompt. Very disappointed with purchase.
