Good Quality Product but No Customer Service
Scarves are nice designs and good quality. However customer service never answer the phone nor do they return voicemails. In addition they give the impression in October that there will not be further sale ahead of Christmas and then discount further late Nov and mid Dec.

Frustrated that I couldn't add another item to my shopping bag beyond a certain point so I then incur another £15.00 for carriage and use a whole lot more packaging.

Best cashmere quality
I have quite a few cashmere jumpers, but those from „Crumpet“ are the softest and there is no pilling, which shows the high quality of this cashmere. I love it and I also recommended it to family and friends.

Thank goodness somebody makes high quality cashmere in beautiful fitted shapes. Why is high quality usually synonymous with Granny fit ? Such a dated ideal. This is where Crumpet differentiates itself. Cut & quality.
