Simple and easy ordering with quick delivery. My eight-year-old granddaughter was quite excited when she received the first box. Along with her eagerness and the instructions she was able to construct the disk shooter in a couple hours.

So Awesome!
We received the package much sooner than expected. My son had an amazing time building his first kit. The information in the video was amazing and thorough. The product is great quality. An amazing and fun experience to nurture his excitement for science!

We built it up; however, it is not working at all. The wheel cannot launch/shoot anything out. We will not purchase this again in the future.

The website was user friendly. My granddaughter was so excited to receive her first package. She made a video to show us how to work the disc launcher. She is so happy to know she will receive a box each month.

I did not receive my bill box. I’ve chatted and asked for help with this and I’ve received no response in the last two days. I’m really disappointed with crunch labs. My kid is even more disappointed.

My son loved his first crunchlabs kit. He was VERY excited. We love investing in something he will learn from and love playing with.

Great product even better people
Long story short, my CrunchLabs subscription auto renewed and I didn't catch it in time. With my son's birthday 10 days out and different plans for his gift, I emailed asking what my options were.
They cancelled it, refunded the full amount, and told me to gift the box to him anyway. That's not a typical support response. That's a company that actually cares about its customers.
The boxes themselves are fantastic, my kids love the hands on builds, but it's the service that turned us into lifelong customers. Highly recommend.

Great product
Great product. My daughter was excited to make it and loves playing with it. I’m afraid we’re going to lose the little red discs very quickly (already lost one - in the grass? Under a bush?). They shoot out very fast so I told her to use it outside, at least until her aim improves. I was worried something would break inside.
