My grandson LOVES the show and now is so excited to get a new project each month!!!

These kits are amazing and well designed. My granddaughter loves them!

Took a little longer to arrive than I hoped since it wasn't shipped right away, so it was over a week after his birthday when the box arrived. But he loves it! He's 9 and was able to do it all on his own (we thought his big brother might have to help a little, but nope!). It was also challenging enough that he felt accomplished, but not too difficult all that he got frustrated. He's been asking for this for over a year and his grandma decided to finally get it for him for his bday - honestly we would have purchased it sooner if there was a pay monthly option instead of just the full annual subscription. I think you probably deter a lot of customers because of the requirement to commit to a long term subscription without being able to try out a single box first. We went with the pay quarterly option so we would have the choice to cancel after 3 months, but assuming he's stays excited about the builds we'll obviously continue with the subscription!

The shipping is slow. We received the "review your experience" email before the box even arrived.

I enjoyed building the tree house and playing with the character in the tree house.

My son loves the first box. He also loved the books.

Ordering and processing was very easy but unfortunately there seems to be something wrong with the shipping label so it has been held up in a nearby office and has no updates (beyond delivery date delay) for the last four days. Will be happy to update when we get it! Added a star already because customer service had quick response. Tbd on delivery

Paid for expedited shipping on September 2nd. Showed the label was created the next day. Didn't get picked up until a day or so ago. Not showing up until the 14th

Still waiting for the package … never got anything . No tracking number nothing.

While we enjoyed the product initaly when we attempted to cancel an auto renewed subscrition it was unnecessarily difficult. The request to cancel subscription renewal button was unresponsive despite all other aspects of the site functioning fine. Our subscription was auto renewed despite never having asked for auto renewal or being given the option to not have an auto renewal. Disappointing that a great experience with the product over the last two years ends with an annoyed customer who will no longer recommend this product to anyone.
