Great product, love the rim so far. The customer service is also top notch at Cube Controls. I am very happy with my purchase and I would come back to them for another rim. My only wish, Id love to see a gt style rim without suade.

Overall I would say for the money the wheel is very overpriced. Not really sure what I was expecting maybe I got over excited because of the lited buttons. Not that it's not a good wheel but with a plastic feel grip just not worth the money. I'm underwhelmed regret the purchase.

I have purchased several (5) QRs from cube controls, unfortunately the wheel side units do not all fit well on the base side. I have tried the shims many times but can’t get a good fit on all the wheel side QRs. The usb pass through works great and makes changing wheels quick and easy but they just don’t all fit nice and tight as I would expect for the price.

Solid wheel, however the funky switch is junk. It is super sensitive, and makes navigating menus a chore.

Delivery from Italy to Canada was only three days, amazing. This is my second cube wheel and I love them both fantastic quality.

We had contact with customer support and were helped very good en had a fast response on questions.Also the repaired steering wheel was back quick and is working fine now.

I am currently running into a little issue with the joystick of the steering wheel I have bough 3 month ago. At this stage, support is reacting very quickly, brings me all required support to test and try to solve the issue which may come from the size of the cap. Support has sent me the new version of the cap to test.
Once the issue totally solved, I will review my comment and complete the review.

I am very happy with this steering wheel, it has the perfect size, the touch is great as well as the thickness, the buttons and rotaris work perfectly, I would dare to say that I have improved my driving. Actuating the paddles is a pleasure. I recommend it without a doubt, the only one but that I put and that seems expensive to me, although quality has a price and this steering wheel is of great quality. If they were any cheaper I would have more than one.

Estoy muy contento con este volante, tiene la medida perfecta, el tacto es buenísimo así como el grosor, los botones y rotaris funcionan perfectamente, me atrevería a decir que he mejorado mi pilotaje. Accionar las levas es un placer. Lo recomiendo sin duda, el único pero que le pongo es que me parece caro, aunque la calidad tiene un precio y este volante es de gran calidad. Si fuesen algo más baratos tendría más de uno.

It took a very long time to process the order before it was shipped. All the while my expensive cube controls wheel was completely useless as I was waiting on the isolator.

After you place an order you get an email signed by Fabrizio asking if you have any concerns. I voiced some concerns but never heard back. That was over 2 months ago.
