Contacted them about a wheel that had stopped working and they provided excellent support and it was tracked down to the custom USB cable - at which point they asked for our address and sent us a new cable even though when I logged a support ticket I selected that we had purchased the wheel second hand

I bought a F-Pro 2 and by far is the best wheel I have ever had! The only thing that I have to Point out is that it doesn’t connect to my SC2 Pro! Instead it connects to my PC but because of the distance I have to connect it with the usb cable! It doesn’t affect or anything but it would be nice to have it connect to my wheel base

Bluetooth does not work on wheel. Was upset that it took a while to get and then wanted me to send it in which they said could take up to 4 weeks to repair. For the money I spent they should have sent me a new wheel and have me return the bad one so I would not be without a wheel. Very poor customer service and because of that I would not buy another one or recommend them. Not sure of the exact date.

The wheel is great! It's met almost all of my expectations for a high end product(It was missing one tiny screw). Shipping was fast, and the packaging is excellent! I'm thinking about buying another one of their wheels. Good job, Cube Controls!

What an amazing product. The quality is top notch and the wheel is absolutely perfect

Love my Cube controls F-PRO wheel... using it with a VRS DD wheelbase and love the wheel altogether BUT mostly how good the bluetooth connection works allowing me to not have a cord attached to the wheel when driving... the battery is nuts... I charged it when received the wheel and it lasts a few weeks before getting into the 30% charge when I charge it again.
Super cool wheel... love it!
I also had to ask tech support a question after I received the wheel and the ease of communication with them was first class too.

Ordered a wheel and in 4 days ( GT PRO ) it arrived well boxed and undamaged. Super high detailed and strong materials are used! This steering wheel in my mind the best bang for your buck. -> happy panda :)

The operation and transaction were correct, the product impressive, with very good quality and perfect finishes.

The wheel is ok , its solid but the constant battle with getting the dual clutches to work has me regretting my purchase. The Software is so bad

As a new customer, the process leading to and afterwards Cube Controls provided exceptional service and answered all questions.

The wheel is very good. The only 2 issues I’ve had are the slick grips (which I added hockey stick tape to) and the difficulty in tightening the shifters down so they won’t loosen. The torx tool they provide lacks the ability to get a good grip. I built a special tool to fit between the clutch and shifter in order to tighten properly. Other than that, the wheel is excellent.

I was expecting a complete Formula Pro replacement, but I just got a paddle replacement. It is fine, it fixed my problem but I was expecting a full replacement when you buy a 1000€ product.

Great customer service! They fixed my F Pro and kept me posted every one or two days.

I bought them one of their F-Pro wheel, and it’s a very very good wheel! Feels great, good feedbacks from the shifters/buttons and it looks cool :)

Still I got some issues with it and the customer service was very quick to react! The following day I reached them out, DHL was at home to pick up my wheel, 2 days later it arrived at their warehouse, 2 days for repairs, then 2 days to arrive back home in a perfect condition!
Andrea is very nice, comprehensive and quick to react! If I have any other issue with my wheel (which I hope not hahaha), I know Cube will take care of it quickly and efficiently

I bought two wheels and both were beyond reproach. They looked and operated perfectly.

I like the feel and feedback of the buttons very much. I expected the steering wheel to be larger in diameter, which I would also like more. Also the rubber / plastic of the handles I did not expect in such a price category of the steering wheels and is slightly disappointing. If you use it for longer than 3 hours, you get pressure marks, which is also not pleasant. What would be desirable is if the brightness of the button lighting could be adjusted. They only ever have one brightness, which is slightly blinding at night. These are my only negative points. Otherwise, everything is absolutely TOP processed, looks great and pleases me every day anew.

Purchased cube control wheel and very happy with it.

The wheel is great!

However, it cannot be paired with every quick release. It cannot be mounted to an Accuforce quick release.

Also, the Bluetooth connection is not 100% reliable.

Hence, for me I only use the F-Pro hardwired.

One would not expect to encounter the aforementioned issues for the price paid for the wheel.
